The house was perfect for two families to share. Very centrally located, close to beach and many businesses. We loved the outdoor space, pool (in the shade which is essential!) and open living room. The kitchen was well-equipped and there were plenty of bath and beach towels. WiFi and air conditioning worked very well.Layout notes: there are two bedrooms in the main house and a loft/ mezzanine with two single mattresses (good for older kids as it’s accessible via a steep ladder). There’s a studio that can also fit a family of 5 with a full bed and a lofted space with three single mattresses. It’s also accessible via a ladder so not ideal for small children. Everything was super functional for us and the management team was responsive. There was some noise from a party at BlueZone Brewery on our last night that went on until 1:30am (but this isn’t a regular occurrence). Otherwise things are quiet.Location was amazing: close to coffee shops, restaurants, Gilded Iguana hotel (kids club) and surf club.

The location was absolutely incredible. We really loved it. The place just seemed a little bit beaten up and didn't really have a great feel to it. It felt kind of like super old surf shack vibes, and it looks kind of like a nicer house.I think we expected it to feel nice. The fan was squeaky on the outside. The shower in the master was open air the whole time, so there are just some little things that I think should have been explained better. We enjoyed the location for sure; that was a ten. The place just didn't feel wonderful. The water on the fridge didn't actually work; it just has a fridge. It looks like it has water coming out of it with a water filter, but it does not, so we bought water the whole time.It's just little things like that that I think should have been communicated better, and the place could use some TLC in my opinion, but I really loved it and we had an amazing time.

Super clean & spacious. Every amenity you need including lots of towels for pool and beach! Very friendly property manager. Pool was awesome and kids loved it! Swinging chairs inside and out were great! Loved having a washer and dryer for laundry. The indoor/outdoor shower was the best!!!!
