The property was very clean and consistent with its description in the advertisement.

The property was comfortable and very accessable to the University of Dayton where we attended our grandson's commencement.

Perfect Place

I do not know where to start. This place was a great place. I felt safe and comfortable! The added touches of an essential oil mister and the binder with information. The bed was comfortable and the shower was a good size. I will DEFINITELY be back as Jenn was a great host. *It is located on the top floor with no elevator which was not an issue for me but if someone has a hard time with stairs, I do not recommend staying. As great as a place it was though!

Very convenient and clean for me.

I was in Dayton for Easter with family. And the baptism of my grandson They live very close by my other son and I from out of town had a very nice experience staying there.

Wonderful place to stay!

I absolutely love this place. The accommodations are very comfortable and has everything I needed. It's also in a very convenient location and close to the beautiful Lincoln Park. So glad I found this little gem in the middle of Kettering. Perfect place to stay.
