I came for a three day work trip. The apartment was easy to find. Street parking was available around the corner from the room. The space was clean and beautiful. The air conditioning was two window units and they worked very well, we ended up turning off the living room because it was kind of chilly. The one in the bedroom was a bit loud. Well decorated, perfect for our one night attending a wedding at the Dayton Art Institute. Perfect for a couple. The Art on the walls and mature plants both inside and out added to the experience. Cute, historic neighborhood. Nice outdoor area. Attentive property manager.

A great property which is well maintained and convenient to Dayton. We’ve stayed here several times and always enjoy our time here. This most recent visit was good with the exception of an air conditioner issue and the loss of electricity twice. The resident manager was very helpful in resolving the issues.
