We are natives of Arizona and are still local, in fact we only live about 5 minutes from this rental. Scottsdale is where we live and play and we love being able to share Scottsdale and our Royals house with guests. Don't hesitate to reach out if you need any suggestions on restaurants or any other activities during your stay.
Why they chose this property
Our Royals house is conveniently located in a quiet North Scottsdale neighborhood. We quite literally walking distance to amazing Scottsdale features/events, most notably the TPC Scottsdale home of the WMPO. We are also just a mere minutes away from most any other event Scottsdale/Phoenix has to offer: Barret Jackson Car Auction, Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show, MLB Spring Training Facilities, and countless golf courses!
What makes this property unique
Our home was fully remodeled prior to being listed as a short term rental, most everything in the home is brand new. Each room features king sized beds, a variety of pillow firmness', black out curtains and plugs at each nightstand for easy device charging. There is no carpet in the house to help maintain ultimate cleanliness and an allergen free home. The backyard is a stunning oasis where you can enjoy watching the Phoenix lovebirds (wild, bright green, parrots that thrive in metro Phoenix) during the day and wind down at night at the great outdoor firepit and sitting area.
