I had to go to Scottsdale on business and pleasure and this property was pefect. Great location but lots of shopping/restaurants, quiet neighborhood and a very clean well appointed house for our stay. I would highly recommend.

Great Scottsdale Home

Location was perfect! We had a fantastic stay in this convenient Scottsdale home right near the Frank Lloyd Wright Spire and all that the Kierland area has to offer including lots of restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Wonderful backyard and barbecue area. Three large bedrooms and a nice kitchen. Photos are exactly as house appears. Sean was super responsive. We would stay again.

The house is in pretty good shape, however we encountered a smell in the main bathroom and hallway that was on and off during our stay. The owner did come to check but was unable to find any issues. It would have been nice to open windows during our stay, but the screen on the back bedroom was broken and there was not one on the slider in the master. The master closet has become a storage space for leftover items which left very little hanging space. Overall ok house but would not stay again.

Wonderful place and a great host

This was such an amazing property and stay! Check-in was seamless and Sean was extremely responsive and made sure we settled in upon arrival. The house was gorgeous and appears to have been recently remodeled with all of the latest appliances. The property has a very modern feel and offers a lot of amenities from snacks to coffee for guests to enjoy. The yard was quaint and perfect for hosting dogs on-site. Everything was extremely well kept and the beds, pillows and bedding made for a great night sleep. Highly recommended and a great location at a great price!

Truly a “Royal” experience

Sean’s place is immaculate and nicely decorated. The location is convenient to most everything Scottsdale has to offer. We enjoyed coffee and happy hour in his beautiful backyard. Definitely recommend booking this property. We left feeling very spoiled.

Fabulous property

We walked in and just stopped and looked at the peacefulness of this home. The living area and kitchen were so clean and bright and the bedrooms were very comfortable. The outdoor area was spacious and perfect for mornings with a cup of coffee in hand watching the sunrise. There is a fire pit, but we had an amazing rainstorm so didn’t get to use it. We would recommend this property to everyone.

We are natives of Arizona and are still local, in fact we only live about 5 minutes from this rental. Scottsdale is where we live and play and we love being able to share Scottsdale and our Royals house with guests. Why they chose this property

Our Royals house is conveniently located in a quiet North Scottsdale neighborhood. We quite literally walking distance to amazing Scottsdale features/events, most notably the TPC Scottsdale home of the WMPO. We are also just a mere minutes away from most any other event Scottsdale/Phoenix has to offer: Barret Jackson Car Auction, Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show, MLB Spring Training Facilities, and countless golf courses!

What makes this property unique

Our home was fully remodeled prior to being listed as a short term rental, most everything in the home is brand new. Each room features king sized beds, a variety of pillow firmness', black out curtains and plugs at each nightstand for easy device charging. There is no carpet in the house to help maintain ultimate cleanliness and an allergen free home. The backyard is a stunning oasis where you can enjoy watching the Phoenix lovebirds (wild, bright green, parrots that thrive in metro Phoenix) during the day and wind down at night at the great outdoor firepit and sitting area.
