Bring the whole family together for a reunion or holiday celebration at this spacious, two-story mountain retreat. This eight-bedroom vacation rental boasts warm and inviting living spaces, antiques, and plenty of charm from top to bottom. This gem is located on five acres and has a koi pond, and areas set up to relax and enjoy the views with a cup of coffee or your favorite tea. Prepare everyone's favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with a gas cooktop and a double wall oven. The adjacent dining room includes a massive table with plenty of seating for the whole group as well as a cozy gas fireplace. And after meals, meet up in the sunlit living area and watch TV, play some board games at the table for four, or settle in for the afternoon with a good book. Outside, the large lot offers plenty of space to explore as well as a furnished patio and a private hot tub out back.

Things to know
There is no cable available, however, there are streaming services available for guest use (Netflix, Amazon Prime, and PBS). Guests will have to use their own accounts on other services.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

A Quiet Inn

We had a retreat planned and 8 total guys could make it. This was perfect for us. The on sight help was both helpful and friendly. We would love to return!

Worked Perfectly

Absolutely wonderful time staying at the Woodland Inn. Beds were a little soft for my taste but comfortable. The house was very clean and the atmosphere was awesome!! It worked great for our conference group of 16 people and we would highly recommend someone using it for a family reunion a work trip or other purposes!

Great Mountain View from Large house adjoined to resident quarters

We had our family vacation with 16 people and really enjoyed our time. The home is a little older but with plenty of charm. Having attached bathrooms to 6 of the bedrooms was especially nice since we had several adult couples. The extra large dining table was also nice and well used with all 16 of us. The kitchen supplies were a little sparse but we did make use of the crock pot and electric fry pan. The owners were in residence in their private quarters attached to the other side of the house. You do share their washer and dryer. They were easily reachable if needed but otherwise out of sight. We frequented the local Walmart and Safeway which are each very close by. There's a beautiful view of Pike's Peak from the kitchen window or the short hike behind the house.

Making Family Memories

My family of 14 enjoyed the space and amenities of the Woodland Inn. There was enough beds for everyone and no one had to share a bathroom! It was wonderful to be able to seat everyone around the table to eat and play games. The Inn fit the needs of our family and we enjoyed making lasting memories!
