Above the clouds at 9300 ft, we have 40 private and secluded acres of marked trails. 6 BR/ 3.5 BA and unlimited views. Enjoy 2 huge patios with grills, plus the hot tub, fire pit, and pergola with seating for all. The kids will enjoy our playground! The house has 2 full kitchens, living rooms, and dining rooms. Your bonus space is the spectacular 1000sq foot domed greenhouse. Each exterior entrance to the home is monitored by a security camera. 4 zones: upper parking, upper patio and front door, lower patio and door, greenhouse patio and door into the home.

Property is owned by siblings Kia, Jamin and Jacob. This beautiful home was designed and built in 2014 by our dad, Don, and our stepmother Valerie. It was built to finance their retirement by offering the best short term rental property for multi-generational family groups to be had in Teller County. Don and Val welcomed their first guests in 2015, and enjoyed hosting several hundred groups since then, earning nearly all 5 star reviews.

What makes this property unique
The home boasts 2 primary bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. The upstairs primary bedroom has a luxury open-concept bathroom with a huge tub, a double shower with bench and 6(!) shower heads plus steam, and even a bidet!
All additional bedrooms are very spacious (with the exception of our tiny "nook" room on the lower level, which sleeps 1 - perfect for that teen that needs their own space!)
When gathering with your large group, you have so many options to enjoy the space together: Outside you have the upper and lower patios, each with their own built-in grill; the firepit/playground area, and the 40 acres of trails! Inside you have upper and lower living rooms which extend open-concept-style into the dining areas and kitchens, both with island and stools. The most special indoor space is our beautiful 1000sq ft domed greenhouse, providing a large indoor space to gather and enjoy sunshine.
There are absolutely no visible neighbors unless you count the local wildlife walking past your bedroom window.
