We had a great stay. House is in a great location for our event at the expo. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Will be our #1 choice if we return next year for the Chili Bowl again. Thanks

This house was so disappointing due to how filthy, old and run down it was. The shower in the master bath was rusted out, the showers curtains in both bathrooms were coated with pink mold or mildew at the bottom because they had not been changed out in a very long time. The walls were dirty as if people had put their hands and feet all over them. The front door on the inside was filthy. Instead of painting the rooms with fresh paint, they chose to do a lot of touch up work which was not the same color. The flooring threshold between the living room and kitchen was crawling with ants. I am thankful I was able to get a full refund because I could not stay in this less than one star experience.

Clean house, host was responsive and helpful! Bedrooms were roomy and beds were comfortable. One caveat is that the house is right off one of the major highways so it was a little noisy, not a problem if you bring earplugs or are a deep sleeper but something to note.

Great place to stay

This rental was clean and located in an area that made access to all parts of Tulsa easy. Lily was very quick and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Would stay here again. Only downside is the traffic noise but it certainly didn’t keep us awake at night.

While this property could use some updating and fresh paint, I will say it was a great location. Cabinets in every room squeak like mad when opened or closed. Beds were comfortable, washer and dryer worked well. Other reviews mentioned noise from the major highway right next to the property and while I did notice highway noise it did not interfere with my ability to sleep nor did it affect anyone else’s. There was no soap for bathing. Fortunately one of our group had a bar. All in all I would say the pluses outweighed the negatives and I would consider this property to stay in next time I’m in Tulsa.
