New Luxurious 4bdr/4 bath house 3 min walk to the beach with balcony and terrace
Luxurious house overlooking the Sea of Cortez. All the modern amenities you will want. Brand new build, roomy with a gorgeous rooftop overlooking the ocean, grill and bar, and sun lounge area. Drink your coffee on the balcony right off the living room. Full kitchen with dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, dishes, and cookware. 2 of the bedrooms have king-size beds, and 2 have queen-size beds. House has a queen-size blow-up mattress for additional guests. Washer and dryer are included. The beach is a 3 min walk and is sandy without rocks. Huge tidal changes make it an excellent area for fishing, kayaking, jet skiing, and anything else your heart desires. The house is minutes from town and offers many great restaurants and entertainment. Games for both home and the beach are included, as well as beach towels and blankets for families.
