Walk down the street to the very popular water front Fish Camp! Mornings are beautiful to eat on the deck or walk to your choice of cafes. In the evening, put your name on a list and wait on the porch with a glass of wine for your table. Catch the trolley from either the Ice Plant Distillery or the Lincolnville Cultural Center - at the end of the block. Join a ghost tour or walking food tour! Carriage horses often walk by, bringing the charm to you too. The house is 1/2 mile to the city center, Flagler College, & Lightner Museum.

Take a morning walk or bike ride on the beach. We're less than 10 minutes away to several different sandy beaches in St Augustine and Vilano. The neighborhood has a community pool with lap lanes, family swim, picnic area, baseball field, and walking trails. The pool is a nice 10 minute stroll or 2 minute drive away. Less than a mile away, rent a boat for the day and look for dolphins. If you need more ideas, we will send you a locals guidebook before check in.

Just a short trip from all the excitement!

The property is easy to access and has a shocking amount of living space that handily accommodated a large group. It is also easy walking distance to a lot of the city proper, including one of the trolley stops that makes the weekend stay one of the easiest get-arounds I've had.

Family getaway weekend to see Nights of Lights

St. Augustine is known for its beautiful Christmas lights display in its downtown area. This was a weekend trip to take my mother in law for her 70th birthday with the family. The location to downtown was walkable or short Uber. We were able to park 2 SUVs in the 2 S2 SUBs

Comfortable, Clean & Close to the Action!

We stayed here for Nights of Lights with our family and 2yo daughter. The home is super well appointed with everything you’ll need, is very clean and comfortable and close to downtown. It feels much larger than it looks in photos and we had plenty of space for 3 couples, one adult, and one kid. The backyard was great for our dog (fully fenced and well lit). I highly recommend to anyone looking to explore St Augustine!

The place is even better than the photos. Super clean and roomy. Nice quite street with friendly neighbors. Felt very safe. Super cool enclosed back yard thats great for hanging out. And the host and on top of anything I needed. Definitely in the top of the manys places we've stayed.

Visit with family in Lincolnville

I stayed here with my adult children while visiting family who live in Lincolnville. The property worked well for us because it had enough bedrooms, and the common space was large enough. The living room worked will for a large group, with ample seating and a large TV. We also enjoyed the large dining tables. I wish the weather had been nicer so we could have taken advantage of the outdoor space. The location was great for walking downtown.

Our group of four retired adults had a perfect vacation at this rental - perfect weather to enjoy the deck, stroll around the neighborhood, and find local activities. With several rooms to gather or steel away for some quiet time, this house would also be comfortable for a larger group.Our host was very responsive and was helpful in directing us to nearby services. We were interested in seeing historical sites and we wanted a relaxing pace in a comfortable, walkable neighborhood. This house was ideal. The bedrooms were nicely fitted out; the kitchen was well-equipped with plentiful dishes and cookware; and everything was clean.

Great St. Augustine Stay

This is a great house in the historic area. Close to everything downtown. The house was spacious with lots of room for family to cook, hang out, play games. There is a lovely fenced in yard with deck area. The host was awesome, responsive and easy to contact and deal with. We had a great stay and would definitely stay in this location again!

Amazing Stay in St Augustine – Perfect for Families & Dogs

This house was absolutely amazing! It was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown St Augustine , with easy access to restaurants and museums, making it a great spot for families.One of the best parts was how pet-friendly it was! The house had plenty of space for our dogs to roam around freely, and the yard was big enough for them to play and enjoy themselves. It made our stay even better, knowing our pets were comfortable too.The home itself was spacious and fully stocked. We were able to cook meals, had plenty of towels, and there were ample beds for everyone. Perfect, just what we needed!

This home is lovely, well stocked and the beds were all so comfortable! It is perfect for a large group. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet. The sidewalks in the neighborhood were an added bonus for early morning or late evening walks. Communication with the host, Raena, was swift and delightful. Sweet St Augustine Stay

We LOVED our stay❗The house was bright, clean and very comfortable. It was so nice to stroll downtown to great restaurants without having to deal with parking. We so enjoyed the credenza of games, dbl sized hammock and outdoor ladder golf game ❗ Thanks for having beach chairs, blanket , cooler and beach bags. We enjoyed the kitchen being fully stocked with coffee, spices and creamers. It made our get away so much fun and easy❗ Will definitely book again.

Decorating each house is a labor of love and I hope to create spaces for my guests that I know my family would also personally enjoy and feel comfortable in. My favorite thing about hosting is helping others find all the hidden gems in the places we love. We hope you make many memories and here to help in anyway we can.

Why they chose this property

I grew up coming to St Augustine every year to spend summers with my grandparents. I know everything about this town and am so happy to be able to host my own guests now. Because I love history so much, I knew an older home right in downtown was to me. With the backyard, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect second home.

What makes this property unique

Unlike many homes in Lincolnville and downtown, we have parking, a garage, and a backyard. This home is also much larger than most houses you'll find in the area - not to mention it's over 100 years old. Haunted? I'm not sure yet.
