15 minutes by car from beaches and 10 minutes from Montpellier center. And 3 km from a lake.

Very bright and spacious house (ceiling height 3, 40 m). Private parking for 2 to 3 vehicles.

Nous avons passé trois belles semaines à la Marjolaine, très bien entretenue, au calme et très bien située. Prendre soin des tortues a été amusant pour notre fille de 6 ans. La piscine, grande, est très bien exposée donc l’eau reste agréable tout au long du séjour (30 degrés environ), tout comme le jardin qui est très bien exposé tout au long de la journée. Les marches de la piscine sont un peu hautes en revanche si vous avez une mobilité un peu réduite ou êtes tout simplement "petit". La maison est très bien équipée, spacieuse et nos hôtes ont été charmants du début à la fin (avec même quelques attentions à notre arrivée). Nous avons également été très bien accueillis par Antoine qui a assuré notre arrivée et notre départ. Nous avons pu déconnecter comme nous le souhaitions. Montpellier et les plages sont très faciles d'accès en voiture, sans bouchons (en plein mois d'août).

Wohlfühlhaus

Wir hatten 2 perfekte Urlaubswochen, in dem Haus kann man sich ohne Probleme den ganzen Tag aufhalten. Sehr geräumig, perfekt für 2 Familien. Der Pool ist wunderbar, in der Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts. Brigitte ist eine extrem freundliche Vermieterin, wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Perfect vacation

Great House for a Family vacation! Well equipped, calm environment, beautiful Garden with a large pool. Very close to Montpellier Center and Easy to access the beach. Super friendly hosts, so all in all a perfect place for vacation.

Magnifique séjour

La villa est magnifique, tout était parfait : la situation géographique, la piscine, la maison, les équipements... La gentillesse et la disponibilité de Jérôme qui nous a accueillis... Et la petite attention de la propriétaire qui a exprès acheté une chaise haute pour notre petite fille de 13 mois. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Location très bien agencée, idéale pour vacances en famille.

Excellent séjour au calme dans cette belle propriété . Un seul bémol : la pièce de vie non climatisée qui était trop chaude dans la journée. Il serait nécessaire de fournir un climatiseur mobile ou au moins un bon ventilateur.

Maison très confortable, calme et bien placée

Maison très confortable avec une très belle piscine. Bien placée pour profiter des plages, de Montpelier (possible en Tram !) et de la région (Camargue, lac du Salagou, Nimes, St Guilhem...). Nous avons passé de supers moments en famille et entre amis.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großer und sehr schöner Gartenanlage inkl. Pool in ruhiger Lage . Alle Schlafzimmer klimatisiert . Toller erholsamer Urlaub - jederzeit wieder.
