Wonderful Location and Great Mountain Stay

Had a friends retreat here for the weekend and it was just what we all needed. Such a beautiful house and perfect for a group. Very clean with a great downstairs area to spend time in without feeling cramped. Loved it!

Beautiful, Clean and Easy

Family of 4 (2 adults, 5 and 2 year old) stayed there end of June for wedding at Surf Hotel. House was impeccable, super clean and every detail was super thoughtful. It was super pleasant and we loved every second of it. We were able to spread out of if needed but also hang out as a group comfortably on the first floor and watch a show or have breakfast. Some things I would have found helpful pre-stay: It was nice to feel a little more residential and separate from wedding hecticness especially with little kids. Worth noting, Main St is super close to walk to and amazingly convenient for a quick coffee, ice cream or new hat. But, Surf Hotel with little kids is a little too far of a walk and we found ourselves driving a lot to get into that area of South Main and the playground. Driving and parking is fast, but worth noting. The house gets very hot in the summer time in the second half of the day even with fans running. Bedtime was very sweaty but the house cooled down considerably in the middle of the night. Quick note for owners: microwave ran but didn't work. We couldn't get anything to warm up :) Overall, amazing place and can't recommend it enough.

New Place Close to Downtown BV

This place was newly built and there was a ton of room for the 5 of us (3 adults and 2 full grown teens). We had a snafu with our dates and the host did everything he could to accommodate us and help us out. You can walk to downtown. Super comfortable beds!
