Totally refreshed Pacific City Beach house - 5-10 minute walk to beach

This four bedroom family home is right in the middle of Pacific City, in the Dory Pointe Neighborhood just 3 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to the Pelican Pub, Meridian Restaurant, and beachside shopping. All bedroom furniture is brand new featuring 2 king beds. You will love the gathering spaces in the home, watching TV in the warmth of the gas fireplace. Brand new deck, grill, and New hot tub. Total privacy, overlooking forest and walking trail. New linens, kitchen equip, etc

Pet fee is per pet. Multiple pets require multiple fees. Pets must stay off furniture and beds and should not be left alone in house or garage unless in a kennel. No more than 2 pets in home.

Family gathering

We had family from the Midwest come to visit the Oregon Coast for the first time and we thoroughly enjoyed staying at Totally Refreshed. It was very clean and we appreciated being able to use the hot tub. It would have been nice to have at least one bedroom on the main floor (for my 90+ year old grandma that was with us), but it worked out fine having all the bedrooms upstairs. If we need a rental in Pacific City again, we would certainly look into this property's availability.

A great stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The location of this home is perfect. The outdoor deck with fire pit and hot tub are great for family time, and the kids really enjoyed playing in the sand around the deck. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We have stayed in many homes over at Pacific City and this is now our favorite! Rod is an excellent host and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks again for a great stay!

We are newlyweds very much in love who work and live in Portland but we play here. We love this area and hope you will love it as much as we do. We are both avid sports enthusiasts, even though we both have full time day jobs and teenage kids. We are available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

We have totally revamped this awesome beach house. New Deck, New Weber Grill, New bedroom furniture in all rooms, New 65 inch TV, High speed internet, High end Hot tub coming in August!! New linens, New kitchen equipment, etc. We have made it a place that we personally want to stay.
