La Perla - Bungalowanlage DIRECTLY by the sea

This private, charming complex in which the bungalow is located on a rock overlooking the sea. Away from the hustle and bustle of pubs and shopping malls you can relax on the property - in the first row - (no road and no road between the sea and the property - we are on the sea!) with tropical garden (Bougainvillea, palm trees, hibiscus, cactus, etc.) with the sound of the sea, but without car noise, very well recover.
In the kitchen (stove-4 plates, coffee press, kettle, fridge, etc.) you can prepare (with sea view) the food and also the meal, with pleasure, take.
In the living area we offer a TV with German channels (receiver for satellite, over 100 channels).
There is a free safe.
The terrace with sea views offers you two sun loungers with cushions, 3-4 chairs, table, umbrella and tumble dryer.
A tropical plant bed borders the garden area.
Washer and dryer with coins that you can buy in the reception.
Wi-Fi internet for a fee.

The bungalow itself is a non-smoking bungalow, smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Grande Canarie est decevante

L appartement est bien situe avec cependant quelques defauts . Il est tres chaud car mal isolé les marches pour acceder a la terrasse sont hautes et assez dangereuse . Il y a tres peu voire pas d activites ou de restaurant aux alentours et l appartement n a pas de radio et une tv avec chaines sattelites qu en allemand. Pas d accueil le week end

Merci beaucoup pour votre retour. Concernant la chaleur, nous avons installé des ventilateurs de plafond dans la chambre. Je suis désolé si cela n'a pas suffi à rendre la température agréable pour vous. En ce qui concerne les cinq marches menant à la terrasse, elles ne m'ont jusqu'à présent pas semblé dangereuses. Il y a une rampe, et aucun invité ne s'est encore plaint à ce sujet. Cependant, je vais les examiner de nouveau. Il est vrai que notre baie est très calme et offre principalement deux plages. Il y a deux bons restaurants. Mais à environ 20 minutes à pied, vous pouvez rejoindre la grande baie de San Agustin ou, dans l'autre direction, Bahia Feliz, où vous trouverez de nombreuses options de restaurants, une école de surf, la location de paddle, des spectacles, etc. Il y a une radio intégrée dans la télévision, et celle-ci offre aussi des chaînes en anglais et en espagnol. La réception est ouverte les lundis, mercredis et vendredis de 10h à 11h. Pour toute autre heure, y compris le week-end, le numéro d'urgence est disponible. Vous pouvez également nous contacter par WhatsApp ou via VRBO/Fewo. J'espère avoir pu clarifier certaines incompréhensions. Je vous souhaite le meilleur ! Jil Khan

Fantastisk leil med fullt utstyrt kjøkken (oppvaskmaskin). Strålende uteplass med fin utsikt over sjøen. Veldig imøtekommende betjening pg en smidig inn-og utsjekk. Anbefales!

Magnifique cadre entre la piscine et la plage. Le personnel est tres sympathique. Un leger couac de mail a rendu moins evident l'accès au site a l'arrivée mais le reste a été au top. Merci.

erholsamer und angenehmer Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung

Wir durften einen sehr angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in sehr schöner Atmosphäre verbringen. Der Check-In-Vorgang hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der gemietete Bungalow war sauber und sehr schön gelegen. Aussicht auf das Meer und Lage, wie angepriesen. Etwas herausfordernd war teilweise die Parkplatzsuche, da doch viele Anwohner und Gäste die zur Verfügung stehenden Parkplätze genutzt haben. Letztlich haben wir aber stets ein Plätzchen für das Auto gefunden. Die Eigentümerin hat hilfreiche Anleitungen hinterlassen und auch im Vorfeld einige Tips für Ausflüge, Attraktionen, Restaurants etc. zugestellt. Einziges Manko der Wohnung ist das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage oder eines Ventilators. Davon steht in der Wohnungsbeschreibung jedoch auch nichts, also kein Abzug. Vielen Dank.

Wir fahren schon sehr lange in die Anlage und genießen die Lage, die Ruhe -einfach alles! Von der Anlage aus führt ein kleiner Privatweg zum Strand (Kieselstrand). Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Es gibt zwei kleine Supermärkte in der Nähe, bei denen man sich für den täglichen Bedarf versorgen kann. Man kann alle Annehmlichkeiten bequem mit dem Bus erreichen.
