About the host
Hosted by Cory Soper

What started out as a childhood dream to own my own cabin in Big Bear Lake, and use it for our family and friends, ended up becoming a new adventure and inspiration in to hosting and sharing our love, passion and adventures with family, friends and anyone who enjoys the mountain and lake life. ©
Why they chose this property
It's peaceful, quiet, and family oriented with great hiking and biking trails, a neighborhood general store, restaurant and post office within walking distance or a short drive, as well as a recreational park for exercising, basketball, skateboarding ramps, and other outdoor activities. This cabin is situated away from the downtown crowds, yet only striking distance from dining, shopping, slopes, snow play and the Big Bear Lake town! You get the best of both worlds and a unique, relaxing and private experience without all the noise, traffic, hustle and bustle. ©
What makes this property unique
Besides getting an equipped, beautiful and a well-maintained cabin with great amenities, I go above and beyond as a host, to create an outstanding experience. What makes Bear Escapes II unique is it's custom woodworking through out, full size kitchen, spacious open concept and comfortable living space, bedrooms, and just enough traditional cabin decor to not be cluttery. We also have the highest cleaning standards on the mountain and really enjoy hosting and helping our guests make beautiful and everlasting memories. ©
