The location
The detached holiday home is located in holiday park De Keizerskroon, 1.5 km from the beach. The holiday park, surrounded by canals and a green belt, offers a family-friendly atmosphere with a football field, playgrounds and a small restaurant. The house of 100 sqm living space is on a 560 sqm plot at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers a lot of privacy. The tastefully designed garden in combination with two wind-protected glazed terraces (one of which is covered) offers ideal opportunities for relaxation and recreation.

The vacation home
The lovingly furnished holiday home has an open kitchen, an open living area, a dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet and a guest toilet. The master bedroom and the guest toilet are on the 1st Floor. The house therefore offers enough space for 4 people. For self-catering, the fitted kitchen with extensive equipment (ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, etc.) fulfills many large and small wishes. The living area has extensive seating, TV (satellite / German TV only), DVD player, CD player, radio up to a selection of CDs, DVDs and game collections all requirements for individual relaxation and a cozy get-together. The dining area with 5 seats allows meals together with the family (a high chair is available on request). For relaxing hours on the terrace of the house, high-quality garden seating with adjustable backrests and a large table, a parasol, as well as two sun loungers and a high-quality kettle grill with barbecue cutlery are available. A parking lot is at the house.

The house is equipped with free WiFi.

Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed in the house.

The prices are seasonal, additional costs are due to the tourist tax (1.30 pp per day, also for children under 18) and final cleaning (75 euros).

The environment
Julianadorp is a holiday resort that offers plenty of opportunities for relaxation and variety due to the tranquility, nature, the many sporting opportunities and the cultural destinations on site and nearby. Right next to the park there is a golf course and an indoor pool, as well as a tennis court. In addition to the beach, restaurants and the nearby town center with numerous shops are within walking distance.
