The center of Timmendorfer Strand and the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The pier with the legendary tea house can be reached in about 15 minutes on the beautiful promenade. Ambitious golfers have two golf courses in the immediate vicinity and eight other golf courses in an area of approximately 25 km.

2 rooms with separate sleeping area, balcony and kitchen offer space for 2 guests and a toddler up to 1 year. In the separate bedroom there is a comfortable box spring double bed (1.80 x 2 m) with a spacious wardrobe. From the living room you can access the furnished balcony facing south. The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The modern bathroom has a shower and toilet. Electric shutters ensure comfortable sleeping comfort. Underfloor heating also offers guests a great feel-good atmosphere.

Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren und fühlen uns in der Wohlfühloase immer sehr wohl. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und mit allem was wir benötigen ausgestattet. Wir mögen den Ort besonders gerne und buchen unsere Reisen immer gern und unproblematisch über Baltic Appartments.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist mit allem sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Die zentrumsnahe Lage lädt zum Bummeln ein. Der abschließbare Fahrradraum war gut nutzbar, da im Mai nicht so viele Bewohner vor Ort waren. Es wurde vor Baulärm gewarnt, aber in den zwei Wochen unseres Aufenthaltes war alles ruhig. Der Tiefgaragenplatz zu dieser Wohnung liegt etwas ungünstig, man braucht schon etwas Geschick beim Ein- und Ausparken. Insgesamt war es ein gelungener Urlaub.

Wohnung war überheizt, Fußbodenheizung war angestellt. Keine Info, daß vorhanden und wie man abstellt, selbst herausgefunden. Schlafzimmer zu eng, kommt kaum am Bett vorbei. Küchenutensilien spärlich.Fernseher für Hörgeschädigte eingestellt, Umstellung selbst herausgefunden. Mit schlechtem Wetter und Sturm alles zu viel.
