About this property

Vacation home in the countryside in Hennef / Sieg - near Cologne, Cologne Trade Fair, Bonn

Completely new (2018) renovated and furnished detached house on a large garden plot. Conveniently located in the catchment area of ​​Cologne and Bonn, yet in the countryside at the gateway to the Westerwald.

You visit friends or family? For a short time, up to 7 people can be accommodated.

You would like to go on vacation in the beautiful area? Everything is ready for you and your children! Please note our weekly discount!

We have completely renovated our about 100 square meters house next door and bright and newly furnished.
The master bedroom (bed 180cm wide) is equipped with a workplace.
Here is of course space for a travel cot.
The second bedroom is suitable for children with play area and painting table. Of course there are three adults in the short term; the beds are accordingly equipped with good mattresses. (90x200 and 160x200)
A bathroom is suitable for seniors or wheelchair accessible with a large walk-in shower and a raised toilet.
The second bathroom has been completely new integrated into the house.
The large kitchen is fully equipped and with all the basics (spices, oils, etc.) and oven, stove, dishwasher and fridge-freezer can be completely frust-free and elaborate cooking! There is even a pizza stone in the over 300 degrees heatable 90cm oven ...
The dining room is stylishly furnished with antiques and can accommodate up to 7 people.
The living room offers with an open fireplace and armchairs an oasis of peace ... The TV with DVD player then stays like :-)
Here is the sofa a nearly full-value single bed (80x200), if necessary, another folding bed for short-term accommodation can be provided.
In front of the house is a large south-facing terrace, next to the house another with stunning views to Cologne Cathedral!

Access for guests:

The house is completely designed for our guests, nobody else lives there, there are no other residential units. The cellar is not accessible, part of the garden is our kitchen garden.

We live next door and are always your first contact for tips and help

On request and for a fee:

We went to great lengths to maintain the old parquet and would be pleased to use slippers.
For smokers we even have a covered terrace with a view, smoking is prohibited in the house.

Like any other location near metropolitan areas, there are noise disturbances here as well. About us airplanes fly in about 1km altitude the Cologne Bonn airport with wind from north, north-west. Also at night. Take-off aircraft do not fly over us. In other wind situations, the planes also fly other routes and not over our area.

A fabulous stay

Wunderbar!

The house is amazing, one of the if not the best holiday house we have stayed in. Sabine and Dirk have thought of everything. There are fantastic views where you can spot wildlife and we enjoyed the sunsets behind Koln cathedral. The house is a good base for walking from and exploring the area. Everything is within about half an hour. We enjoyed exploring the area and relaxing at the house. We hope to visit again.

Wie zu Hause

Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt in dem modernen und gemütlich eingerichteten Haus, dem Garten mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. An alles ist gedacht und wirklich nichts fehlt bei der Inneneinrichtung. Der Blick ins Grüne und in die Landschaft ist toll und bei klarem Blick sieht man sogar den Kölner Dom. Die Autobahnanbindung ermöglicht eine schnelle Erreichbarkeit der großen Städte in der Umgebung.

Ein schöner entschleunigender Aufenthalt

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich schön und eignet sich super für Spaziergänge oder zum Laufen. Man ist in kurzer Zeit z.B. an der Drachenburg, aber auch in Köln. Und auch in der Unterkunft gibt es viel zu entdecken und zum Zeit vertreib. Die Vermieter sind super Hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation lief problemlos. Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Sabine war perfekt 🥰

Das Haus ist so gemütlich, dass wir am liebsten eingezogen wären. Alles was das Herz begehrt und mehr ist hier zu finden. Das Highlight war für uns der Kamin. Feuerholz direkt vor Ort, zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein und Schokolade, das Haus wirklich top ausgestattet und der Kontakt zu Sabine und ihrem Mann sehr herzlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Schöner Familienurlaub

Dieses Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es wurde einfach an alles gedacht. So ein gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus hatten wir noch nie. Von Bettwäsche, über Seife, Tee, Kaffee, Spülmaschinentabs, Handtücher,... Alles war vorhanden. Außerdem gab es Brettspiele, Spielzeug, DVDs und Bücher. Die Lage des Hauses ist auch super. Schön ländlich im Siebengebirge, aber sehr dicht an Köln und Bonn. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und verfügt über eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche, in der weder Olivenöl noch scharfe Messer, ein Pizzastein oder ein Racquelette fehlen. Die Gastgeberin sorgt für ein problemloses eigenständiges Einchecken und begrüßt Ihre Gäste gern und sehr freundlich auch persönlich. Als Willkommen warteten frische Blumen, ein Rotwein und Pralinés auf uns. Wir waren zum 2. Mal hier und kommen sehr gern wieder.

Für Ausflüge in die nähere und weitere Umgebung bietet dieser Standort einen sehr guten Ausgangspunkt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Besonders haben wir jeden Tag den hervorragende Blick in das Tal der Sieg bis nach Köln genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin war unkompliziert. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Schöner geht es nicht!

Dieses Haus ist perfekt. Bis ins kleinste Detail ist an alles liebevoll gedacht. Im Garten gibt es mehrere schöne Sitzgelegenheiten, auf einer kleinen Terrasse kann man den Sonnenuntergang und den Kölner Dom in der Ferne sehen. Im Haus hat man aus den Fenstern einen herrlichen Blick in die Natur. Die Räume sind hell und freundlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Bilder an der Wand sind eine Augenweide. Für Kinder ist an alles gedacht. Hochwertige Spiele und Spielzeug stehen zur Verfügung . Die sehr netten Vermieter wohnen nebenan und geben gute Tipps und helfen, wenn irgendwas sein sollte. So gut haben wir noch nie gewohnt! Besser geht es nicht!

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung ist einfach nur SUPER und der Vermieter hat sich um alles gekümmert, so daß wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts, von der Waschmaschine bis hin zu einer mehr als üppig ausgestatteten Küche ist alles da was man braucht um auch einen längeren Aufenthalt geniessen zu können. Und wenn man mal nicht kochen möchte gibt es 200m entfernt eine Kneipe mit leckeren Schnitzeln. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!!

Traumurlaub an der Sieg

Sehr schönes gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit einem atemberaubend weiten Blick ins Land. Sehr freundliche Aufnahme, eine hervorragende Betreuung und Beratung durch die Inhaber. Für Ausflüge in die Umgebung steht sehr viel ausgezeichnetes Karten- und Bildmaterial zur Verfügung. Die Inhaber hatten stets ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und waren äußerst hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in einem perfekt ausgestatteten Haus (in der Küche alles da!!!) in einer sehr schönen Umgebung verbracht.

Das FH ist bestens und liebevoll ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Spiele , DVD`s für die Kinder waren da...Für die Enkel war genügend Platz zum Spielen im Garten. Die TT-Platte war besonder begehrt... Die Unterstützung und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber war sehr gut. Wunderschön ist der Ausblick zum Rheintal... Für Unternehmungen gibt es viele schöne Ziele. Danke an die Gastgeber.. Es war eine kurzweilige Zeit für uns alle. Es ist ein empfehlenswertes FH...

Rundum wunderbar

Wir haben uns bei Sabine und Dirk rundum wohl gefühlt und ich kann mich der Lobhudelei der anderen Gäste hier absolut anschließen. Dadurch, dass die beiden nebenan wohnen, hat man immer direkt einen Ansprechpartner und bekommt für die Umgebung und alles was man braucht, entsprechend Hilfe und Tipps. Man merkt, dass die beiden mit ihren Kindern oft in Ferienwohnungen waren und genau wissen, was oft fehlt. Und: HIER FEHLT ES ABSOLUT AN GAR NICHTS! Alles ist da, wirklich alles. Besonders toll fanden unsere beiden Kinder das Spielzimmer, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. 100% empfehlenswert. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Alles wunderbar!

In dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus fehlt es wirklich an nichts, man fühlt sich als Gast sofort wohl und willkommen. Wir haben die vielen kleine Aufmerksamkeiten sehr zu schätzen gewusst, unsere Kinder waren besonders begeistert von dem attraktiven Spielzeugangebot. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiter!
