Cozy holiday home in a top location in Callantsoog with high quality furnishings

Our holiday home in Callantsoog North Holland is just behind the dunes, just a few minutes' walk to the picturesque North Sea beach. The small fishing village Callantsoog is characterized by its grown structures and its cozy flair. Here you will find everything you need for a relaxing holiday. In addition to restaurants, bakery, butcher, grocery store, ice cream parlor and nice pubs, you will also find a drugstore, some nice shops for "shopping" and a bike rental. Doctor and dentist is also on site. There are several beach pavilions on the beach, some of which are open all year round. During the season, the beach is secured by lifeguards. If you don't want to be on the beach all day, you can go for a nice bike ride along the coastal cycle path, straight through the picturesque dune landscape of North Holland. Another option is on foot. perhaps with the dog, through the numerous tulip fields. Or you can go on a trip to the surrounding area. The district town of Schagen, with its traditional costume market, Den Helder, with the shipping museum and Fort or Alkmaar with the traditional cheese market. A day visit to Amsterdam is also worthwhile. This is approx. 80 km away and can be easily reached by train from Schagen. You will never get bored in Callantsoog. There is always something going on and in every season.

Our house is in a small park, which between
the De Blenck holiday park and the Badhotel Callantsoog. The small, quiet complex "De Korre" consists of 16 terraced houses, all of which are solidly built and are south-facing. So you have the most sunshine.

The decor of the house is friendly, modern.
There are:
Hallway, bathroom with shower and toilet. Open kitchen with 4 gas hot plates, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine and Senseo machine, dishwasher, coin-operated washing machine. Dining room with comfortable dining area. Separate cozy living area with satellite TV with digital reception (all German channels) and access to the terrace and garden. Free WiFi (internet connection) throughout the house.
On the upper floor there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed and the other with 2 single beds (baby bed, high chair available). Another bathroom with toilet is also on the upper floor.

There is a separate parking space for bicycles. Own parking space in front of the house. Pets are allowed on request.

Schöne Tage am Meer

Angenehmes Ferienhaus mit kleinen Macken. FĂŒr Selbstversorger völlig ungeeignete KĂŒche mit ungenĂŒgender Ausstattung an Töpfen und Pfannen. Ansonsten eine gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. SchlagrĂ€ume im OG ĂŒber eine extrem steile Treppe erreichbar.

Schönes kleines Haus in einer tollen Gegend!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit unseren Kindern und Hund! Strand und Dorfkern waren fĂŒr uns gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Anlage außerhalb, was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden. Alles was wir benötigten, ist auch vorhande gewesen. Ein Supermarkt ist auch in der NĂ€he. Bis auf einen Ausflug, sind wir immer vor Ort unterwegs gewesen. Wir hatten eine schöne und entspannte Zeit!

Wir sind mit drei Erwachsenen und zwei Labbi s im Haus gewesen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war alles vorhanden was man so braucht, leider nur kein Backofen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

FĂŒr niederlĂ€ndische VerhĂ€ltnisse gut

Die Lage von Objekt ist gut. Schnell im Ortskern und schnell am Strand. Nur finden muss man es erst einmal. Denn die Verwaltung so die SchlĂŒssel abzuholen sind, ist ganz woanders und zum GlĂŒck hab es nette Ortskundige, die uns geholfen haben, das HĂ€uschen zu finden. Die Senseo Maschine wackeliger und wurde auch nicht ersetzt, da es ja ne Filtermaschine gab.... Ohne Kommentar... Sauberkeit ok, Einrichtung ok, leider wie so oft, wenn ĂŒber Jahrzehnte immer mal ein Teil getauscht wurde, nicht stimmig,aber ĂŒber Geschmack lĂ€sst sich ja streiten... Schimmel in der Dusche, weil das Silikon nach Erneuerung schreit, genauso am Waschtisch... Alles in allem fĂŒr NiederlĂ€ndische VerhĂ€ltnisse gut, gerade bei der Lage.

Erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Das Haus liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten vom nĂ€chsten Strandzugang sowie 15 Gehminuten vom Ort Callantsoog mit gut sortiertem LebensmittelgeschĂ€ft, BĂ€ckerei, Metzgerei, hĂŒbschen GeschĂ€ften, Restaurants, Eisdiele entfernt. Das Haus ist eins von 14 HĂ€usern, welche verwinkelt zu einander gebaut wurden und liegt neben dem Fletcher Badhotel . Das Haus hat einen tollen Grundriss und ist gerĂ€umig, Von Ess- und Wohnzimmer aus je eine großeSchiebetĂŒr zur Terrasse. Schöne, gepflegte Möbel und ansprechende, moderne Einrichtung mit liebevollem Deko. Kleine KĂŒchenecke mit allem was man braucht.Super die SpĂŒlmaschine! Daneben kleiner Abstellraum mit Feger, Staubsauger etc. sehr praktisch. Die beiden RĂ€ume im Dachgeschoß beinhalten ein neues Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten,recht ruhig zum Schlafen. Schön, dass es oben eine extra Toilette gab, damit man nachts nicht die steile treppe gehen muss. Auch der große Fernseher mit Netflix und Youtube ist bei Regenwetter toll. Auf der Terrasse kann man gut essen, die FahrrĂ€der sind direkt dahinter gut abgestellt. Ein Grill wĂ€re super! Der Strand in Callantsoog ist wunderschön und man kann gut - entweder preiswert oder hochwertig, dann teurer - dort in den Strandpavillons mit direktem Blick aufs Meer windgeschĂŒtzt essen oder nur was trinken. Das war ein Highligt.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus im schönen Callantsoog

Schönes Haus, mit allem ausgestattet, was man fĂŒr eine schöne Urlaubswoche braucht (Va. Ein sehr bequemes Bett!). Leider war das Haus bei Anreise nicht sauber. Nachdem wir dies der Agentur vor Ort mitgeteilt hatten, wurde aber schnell und grĂŒndlich nachgeputzt.

Perfekt fĂŒr Osterferien

Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und wirkt deswegen schon fast gerĂ€umig. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und fĂŒr bis zu 4 Personen perfekt. Man kann auch mal einen Regentag drinnen verbringen. FĂŒr die Osterferien waren Ort und Wohnung perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr erholt.
