Kingston SJP 13D 2nd floor Villa w/pool/beach

This 2 Br villa is located on 2nd floor at St James Park in Kingston Resort (1 flight of stairs). It well maintained with new flooring and new paint. The main bedroom has a king bed with a twin daybed tucked under the window, The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with an equally appointed twin daybed. The Villa has a beautiful living / dining area and a fully stocked kitchen. It features free parking and free high speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes). Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145 acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family friendly environment. The community has a number of walking and biking trails around a series of small lakes and ponds and the ocean. St James Park is a subdivision within Kingston Resort. It provides a resort living with beautiful landscaping, multiple swimming pools, and a winding sidewalks with a 5-10 minute walk to the beach.

I enjoyed my stay here. Owner was very accommodating, alloiwing me to check in a day early, which was a mistake on my part. The property was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location was ideal.

Suggestions For Repeat Stay

Need an exterminator; too many bugs in the condo. Bedroom TV's were an issue; couldn't change the channels with the remote; had to use the cable box. Hairdryers in both bathrooms didn't work. Nice place, just need to fix a few of the little problems.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We have replaced the hairdryers. Unfortunately due to the rainy weather more bugs are coming inside. The unit is sprayed routinely by HOA. We have fixed the TV remote.

We want to share this wonderful place with everyone and hope you are able to create as many priceless family memories as we have.

Why they chose this property

For the kids, it has beautiful surroundings and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the quiet, park like setting while doing nothing and sipping a beautiful cup of tea. This is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
