About this property

This 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath house has everything you need in order to experience a relaxing and enjoyable vacation at Sombrero Beach. Located in the heart of the Florida Keys, Casa MarBella offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space. It has a beautiful pool with flowing waterfall that is bordered by a large deck and a fire pit area. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas overlook the wide canal lane where flocks of pelicans roam daily. Casa MarBella has open living rooms with smart TVs on both floors which is ideal for big families (sleeps 10 comfortably). The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an additional full size refrigerator and a commercial ice maker in the garage.
Casa MarBella is also ideal for fisherman. The deep water dock has a 30 amp shore-power plug, fish cleaning table and deep glow underwater light system which attracts fish at night.
Poolside Weber gas grill, outdoor counter with built-in ice chest and sink.

Guests will have access to a large yeti cooler with wheels, corn hole set, paddle boards (3), 12ft fishing kayak, beach tricycle, pedal boat, skid boards (2) and beach bikes (4).

Casa MarBella also has plenty of parking space for your family and guests, and Is conveniently located near Publix, Winn Dixie and Local restaurants. We have two cameras (RING) on the outside of the property. One is pointing to the driveway and the other one on the backyard, covering the pool and the dock. They are there for your safety only.

Incredible vacation!!

We stayed here with another family - 4 adults and 2 kids. It was the best vacation! The house and property are really well maintained. There was everything we needed to just relax. The pool is incredible and the heater worked well. The beach was a quick 3 minute drive away (we never bothered taking the bikes but we could have). We spent our mornings drinking coffee and relaxing while the kids played in the pool. Our afternoons were either at the beach or exploring the area. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Great Family Vacation - Great Location!

We had an amazing family vacation here! The beautiful pool, the dock and the 2nd floor screened-in balcony were perfect for my family to enjoy without having to leave the house. The location is very convenient to get to the grocery store and many great restaurants. Sombrero Beach is only a few minutes away. Were very pleased with how clean the house was, and how responsive the homeowners were when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great location and view

Close to the beach, restaurants, grocery. Lots of room, comfortable beds, beautiful backyard. Very disappointed that the pool wasn’t heated and that wasn’t obvious on the listing. It was too cold to swim in. One downstairs bath/tub is old and needs remodeled, especially the tub/shower. Great amenities for use.

Great place to stay in Marathon

The property is very nice and the location is great - close to Sombrero Beach and central to explore the Keys. The pool area is the best part of the house and we enjoyed using the outdoor eating area and grill. A minor point is that the house was missing few things (e.g enough coffee cups). But the owners were VERY responsive to our request to replenish some supplies. Overall we’d recommend staying there.
