I'm an attorney in private practice in the St. Louis area. We use the Lakefront Cottage as our weekend home and love to be able to share it with others like you. Come sit on the deck and enjoy the Lake and wildlife all within a few minutes of Silver Dollar City and the Strip. @bransonlakefrontcottage
Why they chose this property
We bought this house site unseen after having visited table rock for the last 16 years. We knew we wanted a place big enough to fit my large family including extended family with nieces and nephews. Being on the water was a must but close enough to town that we could make a hop to the store if we needed to get something to grill on the back deck. @bransonlakefrontcottage
What makes this property unique
I haven't really seen anything else like our property on the lake. There are condos, apartments, and mass neighborhoods set up for renters, but ours is a unique lake cottage that feels straight out of a commercial. I keep going for the Nancy Meyers film feel where you can gather round the kitchen island and cook or walk down to the water's edge as the family sleeps comfy in side. There are quirks to the cottage, it is 60 years old after all. But the feel is one of comfort, cleanliness, and relaxation. We've enjoyed time on the deck below the canopy lights with a cocktail in hand surrounded by friends and a guitar. My nieces and nephews sit next to the firepit with smore's and sticky faces. Days can be spent on the water or sunbathing.
