About this property

This fabulous vacation home is your vacation paradise! On a living area of 220 m² you will find dreamlike 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a toilet, the heavenly living room with fireplace and the fantastic kitchen. Outside you will find a large garden with private pool, several terraces for unforgettable moments in the Spanish sun. From the great roof terrace you can even see Gibraltar! The private pool offers year-round swimming fun due to the possible roofing. The pool area is adorned by a beautiful green lawn and a lemon tree. In this area you will find one of the bedrooms with bathroom, which is separated from the main building and therefore offers total privacy.
The house is located only 1.5 km from the golf course "Santa Maria Golf Club Marbella", as well as the famous "Nikki Beach Marbella".
Crib and high chair will be provided upon request.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 20.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.

Misrepresentation

We are 6 golfers and booked this villa on the basis that it had 6 bedrooms. There were in fact only 4 bedrooms made up for guests and one bedroom not made for guests, which more like a utility area. We were told that it did not have a 6th bedroom, however we found the additional bedroom in a seperate annex, locked away. Air con did not work, most bedrooms and bathroom doors did not close properly. Limited amenities, no tea towels, TV did not work etc. Already booked for next year, but definitely not here. We come to Spain twice a year playing golf and this is the worst villa we have stayed in for 10 years!!
