This is a double wide manufactured home. Clean and comfy, ready for the whole family with all of the needed amenities! Included washer and dryer, laundry detergent provided. We provide one towel per guest. There is a yard and most pets are welcome.

The property was clean! The beds and bedding was extremely comfortable, one of the best we have ever had for not being your own bed at your own home! Very nice property manager. Simple check in and out. Thank you

It was just okay

We spent the first 20 minutes in the cold rain trying to get into the property which it turns out they gave us the wrong address. Once we got inside there was a strong musty stenchy odor . It did not smell clean. It took several hours of running the fan on the AC unit to get it cleared out. Master shower needs repair. Most of the water came through the bottom faucet and from where the shower head connects to the wall. Master bed sunk to the middle. What I needed was a good place to sleep and shower because we were gone all during the day. Neither of those were as good as what I hoped for.

Wish it wasn't so...

I really wish I could've given a better review, but it wouldn't be accurate. I had to call the owner to ask how to get in the house right at check in time as I wasn't given any type of check in information before hand. She seemed confused about who I was and what property I was calling about. Then, when we got in, the place was messy. There was moldy coffee in the cupboard, lots of things were dusty, and there were many dead bugs in the ground. I had to go searching for some shampoo as what was our was totally empty. There were only two towels that were clean to use, for four of us. The smoke alarms kept chirping. And I had a hard time getting any answers or information about the house, especially when I couldn't get on the internet. Overall, I'm very unsatisfied, and I don't like leaving bad reviews. But I just don't want anyone else to have to experience what I experienced.
