This unit was very near Vanderbilt Children’s hospital where we spent most of our time. Unit was clean and had everything one would need. Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen if one needed to cook meals. Only issue was hearing people walking upstairs. However this is likely to be an issue for most first floor units. I would stay at this unit again. Hosts were pleasant and communicative.

Apt came exactly as expected online. Perfect for my business travel and located in walking distance to university, food, bars and nails! (Shoutout to Luxe Nails and Ruby Sunshine). Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here the next time I'm in town.

As title states. Great location, clean, with lovely and peaceful neighborhood. Kitchen equipped well enough for breakfasts & spices. Not enough coffee (6 Keurig pods for 2 people, 8 days). The only real disappointment was no table - used the 3 TV trays - and no chairs beyond the daybed. Would stay again certainly tho. I loved sitting out on the little alleyway porch with morning coffee and a book!

Wonderful!

We had to get this rental as a family member was admitted to Vanderbilt Hospital. It was well kept and well equipped. It looked like the pictures. It is so close to Vanderbilt in a safe neighborhood. They also had cameras and motion sensor lights for added safety. We could easily walk to Vanderbilt Hospital. Brianna, the host, was wonderful. She was quick to respond and help us so much during a difficult time. It was so easy to rent this unit and so easy to work with the host. Book this place for a nice quiet, safe place not far from what Nashville has to offer! Highly recommend!

This worked perfectly to take my daughter to her one day college orientation! Quiet and cozy! Just know that the only access with your car is through the alley in the back. It’s very convenient!
