The apartment is furnished lovely and well stocked with extras. Laundry is located in the room adjacent and is coin operated so bring quarters. It is a drive to central Fairbanks and other attractions so you must have a car. Great space to relax.

Perfect Apartment

The place was clean and perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed. I was nervous about the cold of Fairbanks and the apartment was warm and welcoming. Aurora viewing. 2 night stay

We booked this property for our 2 night stay in Fairbanks to view the auroras. The property is very clean, and simple and has everything you need. Other tenants live in the building, but didn't seem to mind the rental guests . Shon is super responsive and even went out of his way to help us make other accommodations with our families RV. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in Fairbanks

My stay was excellent. It is a beautiful downstairs apartment, well decorated with assigned parking. It was very welcoming. Also there were snacks and drinks. The only complaint Is the walls were thin, you could here other people and people walking around. The hosts were kind and reachable.

Great little apartment!

This was first ever trip to Alaska while I was moving my daughter into the University. Contact with the owner was super easy and he was really attentive to any of my requests! The apartment was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. I will definitely be checking here first when I come back!

Quick Fairbanks trip

The property was nice and in a quiet location. Fairbanks is not that big so the location is fine. The new lock put on the unit was great if not a little noisy when locking and unlocking. Nice hot shower.
