Proximité
Le gros avantage du logement est sa proximité directe avec la plage. A l'inverse, sa distance avec le centre de Barcarès est un petit défaut.

Charment appartement avec une belle vue sur la mer. Très propre à notre arrivée. Tout s’est très bien passé. Un petit plus avec la clim et la télé. Le wifi a bien fonctionné et une équipe à l’écoute dès notre arrivée jusqu’à la fin du séjour. De plus le parking est sécurisé et facile d’accès.

Appartement très propre, fonctionnel, bien situé avec ascenseur, parking sécurisé, dans résidence calme, propre. Superbe vue mer. Bien situé, commerces proches. Il manque cependant quelques ustensiles de cuisine que vous pouvez soit récupérer à l'agence, soit acheter et vous êtes remboursé sur présentation du ticket de caisse.

Barcares studio
Studio conforme. Acceuil en agence super. Quelques ustensiles manquants mais rien de conséquent. Odeur de cigarette dans la salle de bain à cause des locataires précédents (Je suppose). L'emplacement est vraiment idéal, à 1min à pied de la mer, la vue est vraiment superbe avec la terrasse qui donne sur la mer
