Appartement très bien situé en centre ville et proche des plages. Le seul bémol; un problème d'humidité; Il faudrait revoir la circulation de l'air à l'intérieur de l'appartement qui est dû certainement à ne pouvoir aérer que par la fenêtre du salon !!! Cuisine ,salle de bains, toilettes :tout est refait à neuf;

Appartement ou cave ?
A notre arrivée au logement,1 ère déconvenue : impossible de trouver la bonne clé pour ouvrir la porte. Il nous aura fallut un bon quart d'heure pour ouvrir car la porte ayant été forcée auparavant et la serrure non changée, il faut un doigté de cambrioleur pour rentrer dans l'appartement, et cela pendant tout le séjour.
2 ème déconvenue : Une odeur insupportable de moisi nous saisie à la gorge, à peine respirable. Nous sommes dimanche et l'agence étant fermée il faudra attendre le lundi en soirée après les avoir rappelés pour obtenir 2 déodorants.
3 ème déconvenue : La saleté derrière le lit, la gérante de l'agence vient passer l'aspirateur.
4 ème déconvenue : Sur l'annonce de l'agence nous voyons un appartement lumineux, en fait on vit dans la pénombre (une seule fenêtre dans le salon qui donne sur la rue) et avec l'odeur de moisi on se croirait dans une cave.
5 ème déconvenue : des insectes dans les toilettes qui rampent sur les murs, l'agence nous apporte un insecticide.
sans oublier une limace sur le sol de la salle de bain, alors qu'il n'y a pas d'ouverture.
Je déconseille fortement ce logement qui "aurait été refait à neuf " il y a peu. Nous avons été plus que déçues, le seul point positif, est sa situation en centre ville d'Arcachon.
