Villa fast im Zetrum von Sainte Maxime und doch ganz ruhig und abgeschieden. Hafen und Zetrum in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Auto kann gut auf abgeschlossenem Grundstück geparkt werden.

Bon équipement, le propriétaire est très disponible. La piscine permet de plonger. L’emplacement permet de laisser la voiture et de tout faire à pied en étant au calme. Top

Update noodzakelijk!

Alle toiletbrillen vies en stuk, moeten hoognodig vervangen worden. Bijna alle deuren klemmen en zijn niet te openen en of te sluiten, sloten en klinken dienen vervangen te worden. Er zijn. GEEN ligbedden en de ligstoelen zijn versleten. Spiegel op slaapkamer is aan te bevelen. Buitenzijde, er is een huis afgebroken naast het pand en is nu een soort “parkeerplaats”. Niet mooi, zelfs lelijk, maar stoort niet in het functioneren. Kortom, er moet flink onderhoud gepleegd worden.

We are happy to inform you that thanks to your comments, improvements have been made. The two defective toilet seats were replaced and 2 door locks were creaking and they have now been oiled and are working correctly. There are 8 deckchairs available for use: 1 was broken and 2 damaged, therefore 3 have now been replaced. We appreciate the idea to put a mirror in the bedroom: it will be done! We always try to do major work every year to modernize the villa while retaining its charm.

Belle vacances à Ste-Maxime

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison!! Tout fonctionne parfaitement. L’emplacement est parfait, proche des magasins d’alimentation, de restaurants, du centre et de la plage. Nous n’avons pas repris la voiture. La piscine est profonde mais c’est idéal car il y a un plongeoir. Belles vacances

Gutes Haus mit zentraler Lage

Die Lage des Hauses ist ein großer Vorteil, sind nur ca. 800m zum Strand, Hafen und in die Stadtmitte. Auch die Ausstattung mit Pool, großem Wohnbereich und drei Schlafzimmern kann sich sehen lassen. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist schön angelegt, hat jedoch keinen Rasen, ist alles gepflastert. Parkmöglichkeit für zwei PKW ist vorhanden. Lage ist zentral und doch ruhig. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter.
