The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Relax by the pool or enjoy grilling in the fenced-in backyard, after spending your day at nearby attractions. This freshly painted house is tastefully decorated and 1-5 miles from sites including: Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, Tampa Riverwalk, Armature Works, Bayshore Linear Park Trail, beaches, water sport rentals, etc.
This 4 bedroom home is set up nicely for multiple families. The main living spaces are in the center of the house. Each of bedrooms is in its own corner of the house.
Enjoy dining indoors in the dining room or at poolside. Morning coffee is peaceful with the sounds of birds galore.
Backyard is fenced-in. The pool is screened in with a graduated slope of 0 to 5 feet. No diving. No glass at all on the pool deck. The pool may be accessed from the mudroom off the kitchen or from the main bedroom.
Main bedroom is very spacious and has a TV/reading nook for a little escape. It has a king bed, en suite bathroom with jetted tub, and its own access to the pool deck. Check out the hidden walk-in closet behind the book case as well! This bedroom has it's own HVAC for added comfort.
Long Queen bedroom can serve as an office as well. The bed and wardrobe are on one end, accompanied by a private side patio that is covered. The small desk is also next to the TV for relaxing.
The front Queen bedroom is closest to the hall bathroom and has plenty of natural light.
Twin trundle beds are in the 4th bedroom. When you arrive, you will see 1 twin bed. The other is directly under it. Leave it a single twin if you don't need additional beds. Otherwise the beds are easily pulled apart for separate twin beds.
Each pet MUST be pre-approved before you travel so be sure to message us when booking. No exceptions. $150/pet fee.
Age 25+ required of all guests, with the exception made for children of a guest.
No parties. Max of 8 people allowed on the property at any time.
Please be respectful of a quiet friendly neighborhood.
No glass or breakables in pool or on the pool patio. That includes beer bottles which would cause us to shut down the pool and drain at it at the cost of the guest.
Consumable supplies (paper goods, food, etc) are not provided but Publix is .5 miles and Walmart .8 miles just up the road, for anything your group may need. We do provide a starter of toilet paper and paper towel so don't worry if you're arriving late. We also have hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in dispensers.
The house is well-equipped for cooking meals, grilling, and dining. Linens are all provided. If you desire something specific though, there are so many stores within a mile, I can't even list them all. We have a standard 12 cup coffee maker available. There may be filters here but this is an example of a consumable good that we do not guarantee to stock. Likewise, there are some random seasonings as available.
Very convenient location yet such a quiet and friendly neighborhood which is well-established. Plenty of birds to enjoy in the mature trees of the area. Clark Ave has some massive speed bumps so beware on your way in since you will likely take that road for a few blocks.
If you are allergic to pets, this may not the be house for you though. Our housekeepers take special care to remove pet hair but the occasional pet hair does seem to appear after cleaning.
Guests are expected to review the guest manual and follow all rules including checkin/out instructions. There are locks at the top of backdoors and families with small children are expected to keep them locked when not in use to prevent children from unsupervised pool activities. Security Ring cameras are in place on the front door and back door which means they can view the front yard and backyard including pool area, driveway, and other common areas. Any other 1970's antique cameras on the exterior of the building are just for show and not active.
Bayshore bike path is 1.5 miles directly east, just take Euclid over to it and then you can bike a few miles up to the main river walk of Tampa with gorgeous views of the bay the whole way.
Our neighborhood is a haven for slow strolls amidst mature trees. If you enjoy dogs, walk around a bit during dog walking hour near sunset and you’ll meet plenty of friendly neighbors and see some of the beautiful homes in our area.
Closest beaches and water play for kiddos:
Ben Davis Beach (5 miles NW) or Gandy bridge beach areas (4.5 miles W). If you have small children along, they may enjoy the splash pad and pier at Ballast Point Park (2 mi E) or splash pad at Waterworks park (4.5 mi NE), which is on the gorgeous river walk and a must-see while in Tampa.
Publix, Walmart, CVS, and similar stores are a few blocks over at .5 miles in either direction. Bel Mar saloon serves a mean BBQ as a neighborhood bar and grill. Go a little further and some our other favorites are Javahz Cafe and Mad Dog and Englishmen - they have dog friendly patios. Chains are around too if you prefer Buffalo Wild Wings or similar.
MacDill AFB is 3 miles away. If you are active or retired military, we thank you for your service. My husband served Army Artillery and we’re happy to offer a discount to other military families, just ask and be prepared to share your military Id.
