Apartment overlooking the city of Chania and the sea

It is about the whole second floor of a double-storey house 100sqm with 2 bedrooms, 1 large living room, modern kitchen and bathroom. Plus a large balcony. The bedrooms have air conditioning. The furniture is very modern and comfortable. There is a beautiful beach in the vicinity (Kalathas 6 km from the house). There is also a mini market next door and a bus station is opposite. Two hiking trails start right at the house with a beautiful view of the sea and the city. The botanical park is 10 minutes away on foot. Excellent fish restaurants are nearby.
