Cozy 2-room apartment in the back house "Sommerdeich" with about 44 sqm on 1 level (ground floor) for up to 4 people. In quiet location in the district Bad in St. Peter-Ording.

Living room with sofa for 2 persons, 2 armchairs, 2 wicker armchairs, 2 single beds (90x200cm), TV and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the sheltered, furnished garden terrace to the west. Open kitchen with oven, dishwasher and fridge freezer. No microwave.

Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm).

Bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet and daylight. No hair dryer.

Hallway with wardrobe and mirror in the entrance area. Suitcase storage room with wardrobe, shelves and vacuum cleaner.

Parking space on the property and bike rack in front of the house available. Free Wi-Fi.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

alles wunderbar mit kleinen Abstrichen

Schöne Wohnung, Terasse klasse. Küche was die Ablageflächen angeht zu klein, zumal noch eine nicht wirklich anschließbare Mikrowelle auf der Arbeitsfläche steht. Geschirr wunderbar ausreichend. Das Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer ist etwas schmal - aber damit kamen wir klar. Ich hätte mir Mückennetze vor den Fenstern gewünscht. Ales in allem aber sehr zu empfehlen :-)

Tolle Lage

Grundsätzlich muss man sagen das die Wohnung wie beschrieben vorgefunden wurde. Aber….Das die Anreise ab 15:00 Uhr nicht möglich war da die Wohnung noch komplett dreckig war und diese auch erst nach mehrfachen Telefonaten gesäubert wurde werte ich jetzt mal als Versehen. Beziehen der Wohnung war erst gegen 18:30 Uhr möglich. Nun zur Wohnung: Einfach und in die Jahre gekommen würde ich es mal nennen. Betten quietschen, Warmwasser dauert lange und wenn’s da ist endet es auch zeitnah wieder. Ebenfalls die Küchen Utensilien sollten mal getauscht werden und auch die restliche Ausstattungen ist halt einfach alt und teilweise verschlissen. Aber sauber war’s trotzdem ! Werden uns aber für die nächsten Jahre was anderes suchen. Zum Vermieter : eiderstedter Vermietung sehr unfreundlich und wie befürchtet scheinbar nicht mehr angewiesen auf Kunden da die Nachfrage genau wie auf Sylt scheinbar so hoch ist das man sich nicht mehr groß bemühen muss. Schade aber mittlerweile hat man sich leider dran gewöhnt.

Super Unterkunft mit Abstrichen

Das Haus ist super gelegen. Man hat einen kleine Terrasse mit Blick ins Grüne und sogar eine Rasenfläche auf der man spielen kann. Allerdings hat die Sauberkeit den Gesamteindruck runtergezogen. Wir haben viele Spinnen und viele Haare in der gesamten Wohnung aufgefunden.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung, für zwei Personen optimal, ruhig gelegen, in der Nähe vom Strand

Sehr sauber, mit dem Nötigen ausgestattet, mit Blick ins Grüne. Beim Duschen konnte die eingestellte Temperatur wegen dem Durchlauferhitzer nicht immer gehalten werden. Die Kaffeemaschine war alt und der Schalter defekt, der Stöpsel für das Waschbecken in der Küche war nicht auffindbar (dies habe ich aber nicht gemeldet) Die Übergabe der Wohnung und der sonstige Service war sehr gut.
