Holiday right on the dike.

Cozy 2-room apartment with about 52 sqm on 1 level (1. Floor) for up to 5 people. In excellent beach near North Sea holiday location in the popular district Ording in Sankt Peter-Ording. Relaxed holiday with south-facing balcony.

Living room with 2 sofas (each for 2 persons), fold-out cupboard double bed (2x 80x200cm), TV, radio and dining table with 5 chairs. Direct access to the furnished balcony to the south. Semi-open kitchen with microwave and fridge freezer. No oven, no dishwasher.

Bedroom with single bed (90x190cm) and 2 single beds (each 90x200cm), wardrobe and chair.

Modern bathroom (shower room) with shower, toilet, hair dryer and natural light. Household cabinet with vacuum cleaner.

Hall with cloakroom, shoe rack and mirror in the entrance area.

Parking space at the house. Paid Wi-Fi (hotplot). In the house are shared washing machine and dryer available for a fee.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

NOTE: this domicile will be available from the 5th. Person charged a rental surcharge of 10 euros per night for each additional person.

Toller Urlaub!

In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts. Vom Eierschneider bis zum Schirmständer war alles da. Einrichtung bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, hat aber nicht weiter gestört. Einzig die Baustelle nebenan wäre eine Erwähnung wert gewesen. So wurden wir jeden morgen um 7:00 geweckt...Die Erreichbarkeit der Agentur war leider nicht besonders. Wir wollten Bescheid geben, dass wir aufgrund von Staus später anreisen als geplant. Telefonisch leider nur eine Ansage und auf Mails kam leider keine Antwort mehr. Wir haben dann die Mails durchsucht und einen kleinen Hinweis auf den Schlüsseltresor gefunden. Könnte man eventuell ein wenig verbessern. Alles in Allem aber ein toller Urlaub!

Urlaub mit Freunden in St. Peter Ording

Uns hat es in der Wohnung super gefallen. Sehr strandnah und in einer schönen Umgebung. Es gibt leider keinen Ofen in der Küche. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Alles war in bester Ordnung Schlüsselübergabe am Tresor war problemlos. Der Strand fussläufig. Ein grosser spielplatz direkt auf der anderen Strassenseite. Die Wohnung sehr geräumig. Die Küche war nur etwas klein, aber ausreichend. Wir haben lediglixh den Backofen vermisst-dafür war der nächste Bäcker mit frischen Brötchen nur nun 200m entfernt.

Feucht-muffiger Geruch in der Wohnung

Schon beim ersten Aufschließen der Tür kam uns ein alter, feucht-muffiger Kellergeruch entgegen, der sich trotz ausgiebigen Lüftens während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts nicht beseitigen ließ. Zwar kam der Hausmeister vorbei und versprühte etwas Raumspray (half für ein paar Stunden) und es wurde uns als Entschädigung ein (sehr geringer) Anteil des Übernachtungspreises rückerstattet, aber empfehlen können wir die Unterkunft trotzdem nicht. Lage ist allerdings super.

Gute Wohnung in strandnaher Lage

Die Wohnung ist für eine Familie mit Kindern gut ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt bis auf Backofen und Geschirrspüler über alles was man braucht. Die Nähe zum schönsten Standabschnitt Top, zur Wohnung gehört auch ein Stellplatz. Zu unserem Urlaubszeitpunkt war sie vom Preisleistungsverhältnis gut. Die Bilder / Beschreibung entspricht genau der Ausstattung. Wir würden die Wohnung für einen Urlaub wieder buchen.
