About this property

The Brass Rail Condos are located on the beachside of Butler Avenue between 15th Street and Tybrisa Street. This gated condo oasis is one of Tybee Island's newest complexes and features two pools and a hot tub. While staying at the complex, you will be within 20 yards of the popular south beach.

Brass Rail 208 is located on the second floor. The balcony off of the living room and the primary bedroom suite offers a view of the pool area. The open living space floor plan is perfect for gathering with your entire vacation group. The living room is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating. Separating the living room area and the kitchen is a formal dining table. There is additional seating at the dine on kitchen countertop. The beautifully updated kitchen is perfect for preparing meals while still being able to socialize with your guests. In the hallway is a half bathroom.

The main bedroom suite has a queen bed and access to the balcony. The attached ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a large jacuzzi tub.
There are two additional bedrooms located on the opposite side of the spacious condo.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. There is an additional full bathroom, in the hallway, right beside both of these bedrooms.
For your convenience, this condo has a full-size washer and dryer.

You may park two standard-size vehicles (7' clearance) at the Brass Rail condos. Golf carts are not allowed in the Brass Rail condo complex. (The spaces are marked for each unit and require the cars to be parked one in front of the other.)

Perfect Spring Break

Trip started with great communication from Oceanfront property managers about an elevator issue and accommodation. Arrived to Brass Rails to a great condo perfect for our family of 5, in the heart of the South End. Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants and view of pool/hot tub. Inside spacious and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Perfect spot

We loved our time at Tybee!! Great location, right next to the pier! Our kids could walk around to shops and restaurants while we lounged on the beach. The pool and hot tub were great!

Tybee Island BEACH Stay

The condo is super close to the fabulous and beautiful beach (maybe two short blocks). Everywhere on Tybee is "pay to park" so being so close is a HUGE benefit! The condo was well-maintained and just like the photos. We had some small issues and Oceanfront Beach Rentals was wonderful to work with and super efficient at fixing things. The pools and hit tub were perfect for the kiddos when they were done at the beach. The other residents were respectful at night so that we could get peaceful night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again if we're ever bsck on Tybee. Very good location to shops, restaurants and, of course, icecream and shave ice!!
