This villa on Memory Lake, built in 2017, leaves nothing to be desired for a dream vacation by the water. The house has 3 bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. From the bathroom adjoining the junior suite you have direct access to the pool area. Through the high sliding glass doors on the entire back of the house you have a magnificent view of Memory Lake. The covered terraces of the pool area can also be reached directly from the master bedroom and the junior suite. The modern kitchen is well equipped, in the utility room between the garage and kitchen you will find a washing machine and dryer for your use. The large living room and the dining room impress with the beautiful, modern furnishings and again the view through the very high sliding glass doors onto the pool area and the Memory Lake. The living room and all bedrooms have TV. The office offers a retreat for those who also have to deal with business matters from their vacation home. The house has internet connection, TV and telephone. The summer kitchen has a gas grill with extractor hood, a refrigerator and a sink. The pool area is provided with a panoramic screen. The large pool with jacuzzi and sundeck invites to extensive bathing pleasure. You can then relax on the comfortable sun loungers on the spacious terrace. This offers a lot of private atmosphere due to the beautiful tropical planting. You will be delighted by the quiet, central location of Villa Memory Lake. In a short distance you will find many restaurants and shops for everyday needs. All BMI holiday homes are fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Beautiful home

Just home from spending a month at this lovely, well equipped, beautifully furnished home. My husband and I were here for the, almost, entire month of January. Our daughter and her family joined us for about 6 days and another couple came for 5 days as well. Everyone loved the space and location. Cape Coral is so easy to around. Our weather was mostly terrible so it was wonderful to be staying somewhere that still felt like a holiday because it was so classy, comfortable and felt like home. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the beds were too firm, that being said I would definitely go back. Loved the personal check in and out, the management company has lovely staff and it puts you at ease. Normally you just self check in and never meet anyone unless you have a problem, this was so much nicer, thank you.

Perfect Vacation Home

Beautiful home with great accommodations. Everything you need is available. Spent all our time in the pool and hot tub. Great location and quite neighborhood with a beautiful view of the lake. Will definitely return in the future. Easy check in and check out process.

Wonderful property!!!

A week of relaxation with good friends. Each couple had a comfortable room and private bath. We spent a lot of time outside and enjoyed the pool, hot tub and lake views! Thankyou for letting us enjoy your lively home!
