Villa Santa Rosa is located in the PRIME Yacht Club Neighborhood. One mile from downtown, entertainment district. Direct Gulf access with a 10k boat lift with an opportunity to rent our 24 ft, 2024 Bentley Tri-toon. On the end of a cul da sac road that offers privacy and minimum traffic. Enjoy sunsets in the electric heated pool(you control the thermostat) that faces the western sky. This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom has recently been remodeled, floor to ceiling in every room, including state-of-the art impact windows, doors and sliders. Located within 2 miles of Cape Corals best restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores. Take one of the four bikes to the Yacht Club Beach, that is 2 miles away.

Family Vacation

Beautiful home, thoughtfully decorated and well appointed. The kids loved fishing off the dock. We watched gorgeous sunsets from the pool. Ryan is a great communicator and excellent host. We loved staying here. The house had everything we needed and it was very clean.

House was great. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need if you plan to cook in. Very quiet and laid back which we loved. Highlight of the stay was renting the tritoon. We had 3 great days of exploring Sanibel, Captiva Island, and Cabbage Key. We even had dolphins swim up to the tritoon! Great time. Host and Management Team were very responsive.

Charming Cape Coral Home

This host has literally thought of everything a guest might need! This home is comfortable and well maintained. Every room was newly renovated and tastefully decorated. We had a wonderful stay. Host and property manager responded quickly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!

The owners did an amazing job on the renovations, the house is beautiful. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The pool temperature was perfect. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance, I suggest visiting The Monkey Bar, Mexico Lindo, Lehne Burger and Sidecar Treats. We took a 4 mile walk around the area every day and felt very safe. There is a Winn Dixie about a mile away for groceries. We would recommend this house and will stay there next time we are in the area.

Amazing 5 Week Stay

This stay was our first attempt at snow-birding while still working. The house was EXACTLY as advertised and was even better than all of the great reviews I it gets. The three bedroom, two bath house accommodated two remote workers perfectly. There is a nice desk in the primary bedroom and plenty of room in the dining area (and sometimes the patio) for two workstations. Our two college aged children and a friend each, joined us for 1 of the weeks. There was more than enough room for all 6 of us and the pool is so big and warm that the kids never wanted to leave the house. We rented a boat for 3 weeks and the location could not be better for a quick, easy ride to big water. You are two houses away from Bimini Bay and are then in a major channel that will take you right to the river and an easy ride to Sanibel, Captiva, etc. Ryan also has a great boat lift that was easy to use and accommodated our 29' boat with ease. If you don't have a boat but like to fish, there is plenty to be caught right off the seawall. There are way too many good things to say about this property! It is very well stocked with most everything you could need and if not already there, the Winn Dixie is only a mile away. Ryan also had a binder full of amazing restaurant and day trip ideas! We tried many and he is not wrong on any of his suggestions! Do not pass this house up. We stay at a lot of VRBOs and this one is top notch! Kudos to Ryan and his team for everything they do!!

Amazing Place!

What a wonderful time! Had great food,fun,and a great stay. We were comfortable and felt right at home. The pool was awesome and our son never wanted to leave it. The new dock was very nice and caught lots of fish off of it. We ate well at all the surrounding restaurants. Lived beach life at Fort Meyers, Sanibel island.Went to a fun Waterpark not far away. And we cannot wait to go back! Scouted many places for next time.

Hard to leave!

Nice location, clean, fun little house. Pool was nice. We had a little trouble checking in, but that was probably more because my wife and I were on separate flights because of work. We would for sure stay there again. One thing is we used tap water for the coffee, I would not recommend that. Go get some water from the grocery store. The water in that city smells terrible.

My wife and I have been in love with Cape Coral since we visited for the first time over 10 years ago. We have a very busy career life's in the Midwest, but we look forward to the time that we can spend in Cape Coral. We treat the houses amenities as if we live there year round.

Why they chose this property

My wife Carrie, only wanted a home with western sky rear exposure. Then we entered the home and was emotionally attached right away. The screened in lanai and pool is our oasis. We love the charm of the tile roof, to the resort manicured landscape. We have a wonderful couple that manages our home. They treat our guests and home as if it was their own.

What makes this property unique

The beautiful Yacht Club beach, fishing pier and Boat House Restaurant & Bar is only 1.8 miles away. With in one mile away there is, some of the most delicious restaurants, shopping, grocery, bars and so much more. We are a 15-20 minute boat ride to the open water with no bridges and don't have to worry about the time consuming lock & damn. We are on a quite road at the end on a cul-da-sac.
