Recent renovations include new granite countertops in Kitchen and all three bathrooms, new flooring in kitchen, foyer, and bedrooms, new lighting in kitchen, dining room and living room, new paint throughout.

SPECIAL NOTE: The house has a security camera mounted near the front door. Primarily the camera is used when my house is vacant so I can monitor the security of my house. The coverage area is mainly looking down the sidewalk toward the driveway and also covers some parts of the front yard.
