Enjoy your holidays from day one! Our luxurious holiday home "Vineta 273" is located directly in the dunes, only about 50 m from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Baltic Sea. Here you have a fantastic backdrop of forest, dunes, beach and sea. The house has about 80 square meters of living and usable space on 2 levels and offers space for 4 - 6 people. It is lovingly furnished with a cozy sitting area with woodburning stove and an inviting dining area in the bay window. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, etc. The spacious wellness area with whirlpool and sauna meets even the highest demands. On the ground floor there is also one of the two bedrooms. A staircase leads to the open, light-flooded gallery with a sitting area and the second bedroom. Even in the cold season, the house offers all comfort. It is equipped with electrical iFußbodenheizung, stove and zus. Electric heaters.


Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open flame is not allowed.

Wir hatten ein super schönes, hoch komfortables ( Whirlpool, Sauna, sep. Dusche, Waschmaschine, Schwedenofen, Spülmaschine), blitzsauberes, Maisonnette, Schwedenhäuschen, Vineta, das keine Wünsche offen ließ. Nur wenige Meter zu herrlichem Sandstrand. Steht von Nachbarhäuschen umgeben. Terrasse ist einsehbar, aber dafür mit bis zum Abend. Vom Eingang her bedingt barrierefrei, aber im EG vollwertiges Wohnen möglich ( nach Knie OP war ich sehr dankbar keine Treppe hoch steigen zu müssen). Oben wohnte die Enkelin mit herrlicher Aussicht durch die vielen Fenster rund um die Chill-/ Leseecke mit bequemen Sesseln.Mit Kurkarte kann man in Baabe sogar kostenlos mit der Linie 25 sowohl zu Restaurants fahren, als auch zum Einkaufen. Hält überall, wo es wichtig ist. Zeitliche Organisation ( Fahrplan) ist Voraussetzung. Selbst kleine Ausflüge sind möglich, aber auch das Nutzen als Zubringer z.B. zum Bahnhof zum Rasenden Roland , als auch zu den Häfen Baabe oder Sellin für die Weiterfahrt mit der Weißen Flotte. Ein super Angebot für Touristen ... auch mal ohne Auto und für Kinder ein zusätzliches Erlebnis.Alles in Allem war es für uns ( Oma, Opa und 16jährige Enkelin) ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Gerne wieder!

Die von Ihnen geschilderten Punkte wie der verstopfte Duschabfluss, unangenehme Gerüche aus den Abflüssen sowie der Zustand der Mikrowelle entsprechen nicht unserem Anspruch und wir verstehen gut, dass dies Ihren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hat. Hätten Sie sich jedoch, wie in Ihren Anreiseunterlagen beschrieben, vor Ort an die Objektverwaltung gewandt, wären diese sicherlich bemüht gewesen schnell Abhilfe zu schaffen. Nach Bekanntwerden haben wir bereits am Samstag reagiert – die Mikrowelle wurde ausgetauscht und die Abflüsse wurden gründlich gespült und instandgesetzt. Objekt ist in die Jahre gekommen, an der sichtbaren Sauberkeit ist zu arbeiten und die Überprüfung von Defekten an der Einrichtung sollte regelmäßig überprüft werden.

- Herrlich zum Entschleunigen -

Ich war mit zwei Freundinnen in einem dieser wunderschönen Häuser zu Gast. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben unseren Aufenthalt in Baabe sehr genossen. Auf der einen Seite der Wald, auf der anderen die Ostsee, perfekt. Eine Fahrt mit dem Rasenden Roland zur Seebrücke in Binz ist einen Ausflug wert. Im Kaufhaus Stolz kann man Mega toll shoppen :-)).In der Unterkunft findet sich alles, was man braucht und noch mehr wie z.Bsp. Whirlpool und Sauna. Sehr hübsch und gemütlich eingerichtet.Ich sage nur so viel : Wir haben schon für das nächste Jahr gebucht… :-)).Danke für alles an die Besitzer und alle, die uns diese tolle Auszeit ermöglicht haben.

Erholung am Meer, im Ferienhaus mit Sauna und Whirlpool.Am Anreisetag war das Haus etwas ausgekühlt. Nach dem Anheizen des Kamins wurde es dann aber warm.

Schönes Ferienhaus am Ende des Ferienparks

Das Ferienhaus ist praktisch und komplett ausgestattet. Es fehlte an Nichts. Zur Ostsee ist es direkt über die Düne Die Sauna ging nur auf 70 Grad hochzuheizen. Aber das war für uns noch ok. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Schöne Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet für das Kochen zu Hause, die es sehr einfach mit meinem Kleinkind gemacht.
