The space
This spacious 1500 sq feet apartment has a lot of light and space to comfortably accommodate 6 people.
Open parking is fixed and is included in the rate. It has an outside balcony overlooking Heritage Park.
It also has free Wi-Fi, 3 cable TVs, 24-hour security surveillance, air conditioning, washing machine, clothes dryer, multiple closets and all necessary appliances (even a wine cellar and dishwasher). It also includes sheets and towels.
The Ocean Reserve Condominium, cataloged as one of the best condos in the north of Miami Beach, has everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation. A large pool with lounge chairs and gazebos, allows you to enjoy to the fullest.
