Cozy 2-room apartment "Seehundskoje" in the house Colonia with about 38 square meters on 1 level (2. OG) for up to 5 persons (well-being occupancy: max 2 adults). In beach and central location in the district Bad in St. Peter-Ording. The dike is only a few minutes walk. Ideal for holidays close to the beach. Dogs are welcome.

Living room with pull-out (sleep) sofa (XxXcm), armchairs, TV (satellite), DVD player, radio with CD player and dining table with 4 chairs. Direct access to the furnished balcony to the west.

Bedroom with 2 single beds (each 90x200cm), an additional pull-out bed (90x200cm) and built-in wardrobe.

Bathroom (shower room, en suite to the bedroom) with shower, toilet and daylight. No hair dryer.

Hall in the entrance area with wardrobe and kitchen with stove with 2 burners, microwave and refrigerator (without freezer). No oven, no dishwasher.

Parking space available. Covered bike rack behind the house. Free Wi-Fi.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking is not permitted.

Schöne zentrale Wohnung

Die Wohnung lag sehr zentral, war stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und mit Balkon ausgestattet. Auch Geschirr und Hundenäpfe waren vorhanden. Gerne wieder :)

erholsame Tage

Das Haus macht einen gepflegten Eindruck. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage. Man braucht eigentlich während des Aufenthaltes kein Auto. Wir im Inserat angegeben, wird die Wohnung für zwei Personen empfohlen. Vier Personen sind auch gut möglich, wenn es einem keine Mühe macht, das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer abends und morgens umzubauen. Es wäre von Vorteil, wenn man die Ausstattung in der Küche im Expose erwähnen würde.
