The Space:

Casa Eliiana is the second home with Savvy Bears of the KASE stays collection! Named after the owners strong little one who was born at the same time as acquiring the home!! . We are licensed for 8 guests, but only have sleeping spaces for 6.
The Home- 2,197 square feet of old Hollywood style you swoon at in movies! Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have king sized beds. Open living areas with high ceilings with floor to ceiling windows. Wonderful walkways with gram worthy photo locations. Full kitchen with full sized appliances. All flooring is woodstyle waterproof flooring.
Bedroom 1(Main level)- Sunken bedroom off the living room. Includes platform king bed, closet, dresser.
Bedroom 2(Upper Level)- Includes two twin beds, closet. Sliding glass door to the back yard.
Master Bedroom(Upper Level)- Includes platform king sized bed, 50” roku tv, closet, dresser, chair, charging stations, master bath, sliding door to the back yard
We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, q tips, and floss picks. We do provide limited hand towels and wash cloths. 6 bath towels are provided. (Not for lake use, please bring extra for lake.)
Bathroom 1(Main level)- Just off the living room. Single vanity, shower/tub combo.
Bathroom 2- (Master Bath, Upper level) Large shower, Single vanity. Access from master bedroom and hallway.
Kitchen- Full sized appliances, gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave. Fully stocked with all utensils, dishware, and cookware. A starter pack of paper towels, and trash bags are provided. Along with dish soap, coffee grounds, and sugar.
Dining- Located just off the kitchen and living area, chairs for 4, and bench seating for 2 additional guests.
Living room- Sofa and built-in seating area. 55’ Roku tv smart tv for all your streaming needs. Wood burning fireplace. Guitar can be used!
Fireplace- Natural wood burning fireplace. We do not provide wood. It can be purchased upon check in.
Laundry/Mudroom (Lower Level)- Large room to store all your outdoor activity items. Full sized washer and dryer.
Yard- Relax in the large outdoor space with terraced areas. Propane grill provided. If propane runs out, send picture for reimbursement of tank refill or swap. Large picnic table. Yards in Big Bear are mountainscaped. This means it is left natural. We remove pine needles and tidy up here and there. If you are expecting grass and manicured yards. They are rare in the mountains.
Spa-Fits 6 guests, located to the side of the home with peek a boo views of Bear Mountain Ski Resort.
Parking- Paved flat parking for 3 vehicles only. You may need AWD/4x4 and chains during winter. This is due to an incline in driveway. (no garage access)

*This home has renovated areas and non renovated areas. The non renovated will seem "dirty" compared to the freshly renovated. This is not a reason to complain to us about cleanliness. We are in the mountains and dust is unavoidable especially in summer. To cool the home we keep the windows open.
This home does not allow animals no exceptions. This does include service animals. Baby Eliiana is extremely sensitive to even the most hypo-allergenic breeds. Please keep their safety in mind. Reach out and we can help you find a home suitable for you and your furry companions.

If traveling in summer. Like most homes in Big Bear there is no AC. Fans are provided.
If traveling in winter, we highly suggest purchasing trip insurance! We have a strict cancellation policy and will stand by it. Winter months can be challenging with snow, ice, road closures, and other things. Cover yourself by purchasing the trip insurance.
Guest Access:
The garage, and a few cabinets in the mudroom are locked for owner and team use only. Otherwise you have access to the whole property!

Getting Around:
Mountain Transit available .5 miles from the home. This goes to the free trolley!
Other Things to Note:
This portion is required to be listed verbatim. Some of these will not apply to Casa Eliiana, please see notes. City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy must be respected at all times. Please review the city rules.
Do not exceed the occupancy limit (8 guests including children and infants)
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may
be less than the total maximum occupancy.
NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard (3)
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated
parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The
maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior
sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the
property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music
carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from
10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take your furry friend with you(this is not a pet friendly property)
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb
surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake
is very dog-friendly!
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear
locations:
4190 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
Consequences
Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to
extend common courtesy and neighborly
behavior toward the guests and residents
around them. For those guests who have come
to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility
of the neighborhoods, there are costly and
severe consequences.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated
previously is $500 per violation. A second
offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules
and expectations will be evicted without a
refund. In addition, costly citations may be
issued to the reservation holder.
