The space
With your own private entrance, you will be entirely undisturbed in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Louisville.

The Kitchen
With a full refrigerator, gas stove/oven, microwave, and plenty of cookware, you can feel right at home in your own kitchen if you want to whip up something quick. (But why would you with Louisville's food scene???)

The Main Room
The main room is designed to be stylish, hip and comfortable so that you can relax and kick up your feet after a long day of travel. The queen bed is on the opposite part of the room, but the room is set apart to allow for physical separation between your sleeping and living area. Lamps on either side of the bed are activated by touch and allow USB and regular outlet charging directly through the lamp! The TV turns in both directions to allow for you to watch while relaxing in the living room or to watch while stretched out in the bed. The TV is already set up with Hulu, Disney+, and Netflix. But you are also able to project directly from your own device.

The Second Bedroom
The smaller bedroom offers a double bed and a TV that turns out from the wall as well for maximum viewing comfort. The TV is already set up with Hulu, Disney+, and Netflix. But you are also able to project directly from your own device.

Other Aspects
The full closet has hangers for your use during your stay as well as an ironing board and iron. I also provide hotel sizes of shampoo and soap.

Guest access
You will access the basement through the rear of the house. A key code deadbolt will give you access. Parking is on street, but there is usually plenty of parking without any struggle to find a spot.

Other things to note
This space has shorter ceilings. I am 6'1" and don't have any issues down here, but I want to flag for much taller guests. There is no access from the main house to the basement inside so this is entirely secluded from the main portion of the house above it. When I'm moving around upstairs, my footsteps can be heard, but the noise from my footsteps has never been reported as invasive or too loud.
