Dear Marie, since I did not refund your payments, as you demanded me to do, when you decided to only stay for one night instead of 3, this negative, revenge review was to be expected. I think there is a big difference in deciding to leave early to travel back to Canada, because you feel more comfortable with that, and cancellations because of declaration of a state of emergency because of corona, of accommodations you are still to stay in. I was very surprised about your request. Also I cannot get away from the impression that you had it al planned this way, since I had to remind you of your second payment and since you managed to organize everything for your trip back within a few hours. Also I would like to give you a bit of feedback from my side: it is not very polite to make an appointment for Luz to welcome you at 14:30, then to arrive at 12:45, to demand Luz to show up instantly. Luz left her other job earlier and rushed to Calle Lepanto to be a able to meet you earlier, arrived there at 13:45, then to find out you are not there. And then you left her waiting for 2 (!) hours, where she could not go home to her sick child, to arrive at 15:45, when I could not reach you because you gave me a number in Canada and did not answer my messages at FewoDirekt. No apologies! All in all you gave us a lot of work, also in the process of your preparations with a lot of messages and questions. I am very happy to help my guests with everything, but putting it all together, also combined with the tone of voice in your communication (that has only once been friendly: when you sent me an email in which you let me know to want your money back) and all your accusations it has not been a pleasant experience to have you as a guest. You are most welcome to!! The 5 minutes walk to the centre isn't a problem in general and well appreciated by our guests until now.
