Luxurious oasis surrounded by olive groves and vineyards for an unforgettable vacation.
The heart of the villa is a spacious living and dining area that opens onto a large veranda with pool area where you can relax in the sun on comfortable loungers by the pool during the day.
After sunset, light up atmospheric lanterns on the terrace to frame your romantic dinner, or simply enjoy the evening with glass of wine from our wine cellar.
The four spacious bedrooms in the villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. All bedrooms have French double beds and each has its own bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have direct access to the covered terrace, with a view of the sea over the hilly landscape. The “gallery bedroom” with two double beds is perfect for families with children.
The villa is family-friendly and offers a large game room with a pool table and table tennis, table football, a large TV screen with connected PS 4 station.
If you prefer to be active, the villa has its own illuminated tennis court or you can play volleyball, badminton or soccer on the in-house field. For complete relaxation, relax in the sauna and whirlpool.
If you still need to stay connected to the world of work, no problem: Internet access and satellite TV are of course available.

Beautiful country villa for a perfect family holiday

Villa Bianca is a marvellous and extremely well equipped holiday home. There are numerous sporting activities which kept the whole family entertained. The pool overlooked beautiful countryside and even a seaview could be seen from the upper floor. All bedrooms were comfy and well furnished and 3 had lovely balcony views. A car is necessary to get around although there is a small supermarket in the local village that can be reached by bike. Rovinj is about 25 mins away and is well worth a visit. The outside bbq area houses a large table, cooking area and sink, perfect place to spend the evening. The owners Sanja and Zoran met us on arrival and could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Definitely highly recommended

Wir verbrachten 1 Woche mit der Familie in diesem Haus - wunderbar!! Das Haus ist phantastisch ausgestattet. Alles war super sauber und die Übergabe verlief sowohl zu Beginn als auch zum Ende ganz problemlos und nett. Vielen Dank hierfür nochmal an Sanja und Zoran, die ihr Haus selbst lieben und sehr schön klar strukturiert und durchdacht eingerichtet haben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet; Geschirrtücher, Handtücher, Bademäntel, Duschgel, Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel, Toilettenpapier.... es war alles da! Es gibt sogar Fliegengitter an den Fenstern! Zusätzlich sind draußen verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten, um den schönen und weiten Ausblick bis zum Meer zu genießen. Obwohl das Wetter nicht ganz so gut war, hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit. Regenphasen konnten wir sowohl in dem "Freizeitraum" mit Tischtennis, Poolbillard und Tischfußball als auch im Haus selbst mit seinem geräumigen Wohnzimmer gut füllen. Und dann ist da ja auch noch der Weinkeller, gefüllt mit leckeren und preislich nicht überteuerten Weinen vom Weingut Matosevic, das wir auch besichtigt haben - wirklich zu empfehlen! Der Tennisplatz mit Flutlicht ist ebenfalls ein Highlight gewesen und wurde viel von uns genutzt, ebenso das Jacuzzi auf dem Balkon mit Blick in die Sterne. Alles in allem: Wir wüssten nicht, was noch besser sein könnte und hoffen, wir können wieder kommen!

Zum 2. Mal Villa Bianca

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in der Villa Bianca und alles ist immer noch tipp topp wie beim ersten mal. Die Bilder sind genauso wie es dort auch wirklich ist. In diesem Haus fehlte es an nichts. Sanja und Zoran gestalten den Aufenthalt sehr schön. Die Zimmer duften sehr schön. In jedem Bad befinden sich Gefäße mit Duftstäbe - Wellness pur. Das Haus hat eine zentrale Lage. Innerhalb 30 Minuten ist man in Pula, Rovinj, Rabac und Motovun. Ein toller Urlaub auf 600 qm Wohn - und Nutzfläche. Wir haben für nächstes Jahr wieder gebucht. Lg Yvonne und Patrick

Der beste Urlaub den wir je hatten

Das ist es was ein perfekter Urlaub ausmacht. Alles genauso wie auf den Fotos. Anreise unkompliziert da man direkten Kontakt zu Igor und den Vermietern Zoran und Sanja hat. Es ist alles vorhanden. Tennisschläger, Iso Matten, Spielzeug etc. Die Lage erlaubt einen Weitblick über das istrische Land bis hin zum Meer. Svetvincebat ist ein historisch schöner Ort. Hier unbedingt das Spiel in der Burg spieken. Wir kommen wieder und freuen uns schon auf Zoran, Sanja und Igor.

Villa Bianca

Das mit allen Extras ausgestattete Haus ist wirklich der Hammer. Das fast neue und luxuriöse Haus mit einem fantastischen Grundstück hat bei uns zum schönsten Urlaub seit Langem beigetragen. Tolle , unkomplizierte Vermieter die den Weinkeller auffüllten und uns einen tollen Urlaub ermöglichten. Ohne wenn und aber ein tolles Feriendomizil das man nur weiter empfehlen kann.
