The condo association requires final approval of the following, which will be sent to you between booking and arrival. The process is fast and smooth:

There is a $100 background check and a $30 ID card fee, as well as a refundable 1,000 common areas deposit, all payable directly to the provider or on site management office. Dollar amounts may vary slightly.
