It’s 4200 square foot of house w/an infinity pool.

Less than 10 steps from the beach.

It’s a 4 bedroom, 4/12 baths, living, family and open concept floor pan. High end finishes, appliances, PS4, Walt Disney DVD’s, 2 beach bicycles, 2 boogie boards, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards(those are on the container to arrive soon). Two outdoor living areas, teak decking. The house has a master bath en-suite with a soaking tub, the rest are showers. Surround sound, Bluetooth teak decking, hurricane doors.

Newly renovated in 2019. Queen Elizabeth stayed for the day in 1957.
