The place was very nice. The only negative comment I have is that we were traveling with a couple that have a hard time walking and there is no railings on the staircase going upstairs and there is no TV anywhere downstairs for them to watch so unfortunately they were stuck downstairs with no TV.

Great quiet place close to everything. Beds were very comfy and jacuzzi tub was a great bonus. We loved sitting by the water to read and relax and occasionally watch a plane land or take off. Communication with Ruth was great. Would definitely rent again.

We didn’t want to leave! Our family of 4 was so happy with this home. It is clean and has updated finishes, comfy furniture, and the best location. Watching the planes come and go was such a unique experience. Communication was almost instant and Ruth was super friendly. I wish we didn’t live over 3,000 miles away so we could come back.

One of the best VRBO stays. The house had everything we needed and was well laid out for everyone's comfort. We enjoyed watching planes land and take off and the ducks in the water. The beds and pillows are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we were looking for. It was close to University of Alaska Fairbanks and the Pump House restaurant, but was very quiet and peaceful.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here! The house was well stocked, very clean and very comfortable! We even saw a moose right out the living room window in the backyard.

We had a great 2 night stay. The property was exactly as advertised in the pictures and perhaps even better. Everything was very clean and there were plenty of supplies and extras. Lots of room on the inside and the outside was better than anticipated. Watched small bush planes take off and land across the water. Ruth was always quick to respond from the time we booked until the day we left. We highly recommend this spot just outside of Fairbanks!
