The bright and spacious apartment on the upper floor offers you a lot of space to go on vacation with your family and / or friends without constantly standing on your feet. For the children there is an extra children's room (with a wooden train ...) and with 2 single bunk beds, in which adults can also sleep. There is plenty of space for another mattress and / or cot. The apartment is very quiet, so everyone should enjoy their vacation sleep wonderfully. A dishwasher and a microwave make your self-catering work easier. Of course there is also a small washing machine in the apartment. From the dining area you can enjoy the view over the sea and consider whether you would prefer to have your dinner over on the sandy beach. Free internet access. The apartment has a separate entrance and enough free parking spaces on the property.

Whether for two in a small apartment - ideal for a small child because of its proximity to the beach and its own terrace and the garden in front of the door - or for six in the large upstairs apartment with a view of the sea - both domiciles are clearly and lovingly furnished. The close proximity to the beach makes the quiet location of this typical North German old villa even more attractive - and there are no parking fees, because your cars are of course free of charge in front of your apartment on the private property. To the lively center you can walk 10 minutes along the beach promenade or along the elegant park street or simply take the bike that is available to you during your stay '- very popular in the morning from the bread roll picker ... Golfers can reach an attractive 27-hole course etc. in 5 minutes.

There is also enough space for bicycles, prams, surfboards, etc. on our property.
Arrival: Coming from Berlin, take the A19 towards Überseehafen, then through the Warnow tunnel (toll!). After approx. 1 km turn right towards Warnemünde, at the end of the city motorway on the 2nd Turn left at the traffic lights towards Bad Doberan (shopping facilities can already be seen here). At the next traffic light turn left into Parkstraße (parallel to the Baltic Sea). After approx. 800 m you will find number 43 on the left. --- Or: Coming from Hamburg, take the A20 to the Rostock West / Warnemünde exit. Follow the highway into the city highway until the end. On the 2nd Turn left at the traffic lights towards Bad Doberan ... s. O.
If you arrive by train, we will of course be happy to pick you up by car. The bus goes 200m from our front door in short directions in all directions.
