This unit is located at the 300 Ocean Mile, Unit B1. It is the very first unit of the townhome community. With this home you will be right next to the state park, short walk to the beach and have pool access as a guest of the ocean miles.
There are 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Bedroom one is the master and features a king size bed and bathroom attached with a shower/tub combo (fully renovated March 2022). Bedroom two is a queen. Bedroom 3 has a bunk, bottom is full size and top is twin size. All mattresses replaced March 2022. TVs we’re all replaced March 2022 as well.
This unit is pet friendly and has enough parking for two vehicles (maybe 3 if small) but if you have additional you can park them by the road right next to the unit.
The 300 Ocean Mile community is a great place for families to stay and being on the Far East end of the island, next to the state park, you will experience a non crowded beach year round. Pet friendly beach!
An outdoor shower allows you to rinse off after a long day of playing at the beach as well!

This is the second time my family and I have stayed in B1 and I hope it is not the last. The townhouse is spotless and Heather is extremely responsive. You also can't beat the location.
We spent five relaxing, very enjoyable months, at Heather's home. The people were extremely friendly and love our golden retriever. Do yourself a favor and give Heather's wonderful home a try.

We enjoyed the privacy, short walk to the ocean and the pool, the clean towels and sheets. Having a kitchen equipment with everything made it very easy to feed 4 kids. I will definitely recommend it to everyone!
We all loved how close the walk was to the beach and pool.
We brought our daughters to 300 Ocean Mile for several years when they were young. many great memories. They really enjoyed coming back again as adults with children of their own.
Loved this property! My mom and I took a last minute trip to St. George and lucked up on this place! Easy check in, right by the beach (end unit which was great) and really easy access to the pool! This unit was pet friendly which I loved!!
I was in contact with Heather who was so nice and allowed us to check in a few hours early. Wet responsive! I will definitely be back!
Would stay here again. Easy access to the pool and beach. The beds are amazing and we’re looking into buying them for our house. Overall clean property. Needs a deep cleaning though. Living room ceiling fan didn’t work. Host was very responsive. Pictures need to be updated to reflect actual bed count.
Both of my daughters were on fall break. Both teachers, on a much needed vacation. Our accommodations were very nice. Beds were very comfy, condo very clean and updated. If I was to find a fault it was that all three TVs were not paired with their remotes, we could only get one TV to work. We didn’t go there to watch TV, so not a big deal.
Great Location & Pet-Friendly, But a Few Small HiccupsOverall, we had a great experience. This unit is not on the beach; it is an end unit near the road. Some highlights of the unit were that it was pet-friendly, and the layout was perfect and comfortable for our stay. The community itself is well-maintained, and the pool area was clean and relaxing. We even did one of the puzzles that was in the unit.There were, however, a few downsides. The floors needed to be tiled bc the carpet was full of pet stains, which was a turnoff. There were no beach towels or cooking sheets, so those were brought the next day. The comforters and couch cover (awesome to have with pets) needed a good wash/freshening up. The kitchen was minimally stocked. While there was some glassware to use for baking, other basics like foil, plastic wrap, and a trash can with a lid (especially important when traveling with pets) were missing.Some things in the unit didn’t work upon arrival — the dryer, ice maker, and front door lock — though the dryer was fixed quickly the next day, which we appreciated. The owner was super responsive throughout our stay, which made a big difference. That said, it would have been helpful to have more detailed info ahead of time — like what’s provided in the unit, and what items we need to bring (trash bags, ice, etc.).All in all, it’s a lovely spot in a great community, and with a few small improvements, it could be even better. Would consider staying again!
The only problem was, and it was a big one, none of the tvs work properly. The remotes are not paired with the right tv it's impossible get regular tv programming because of the way the streaming is set up. There are no instruction manuals and going on-line to figure it out, did not work. One of the bedroom tvs could not be turned on at all. We're a smart group and no one could make them work.

Beds were very comfortable, condo was spacious and nicely furnished. Very few steps to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils for any cooking you might do. Light over the dining table did not work and there was some trash under the furniture in a couple of rooms nothing major. very enjoyable stay.
Enjoyed our stay. It was a little further out than expected but we enjoyed it being a little more quiet. Couldn't drive golf carts down there so my kids were a little disappointed. The house had great space, was missing a few things such as a can opener and wine opener which we had to go purchase. No beach towels but thankfully we had our own. The housekeeping could have been a little better, there was food and dust under the open up couch and a bag of trash in one of the cabinets. Overall, we had a good stay and woukd stay again!
We have vacationed at St. George Island a few times and I was glad to find availability in B1. The kitchen, dining, and bedrooms were great (though the mattresses a bit too soft. The living room needs a couple additional pieces of furniture. Heather was very responsive throughout our visit.
Our troubles related to flying into Panama City with Southwest Airlines and waiting on the AC tech. One daughter arrived a whole day late and a second trip to the airport. Then towards the end of the stay we went 24 hours without AC as we waited for the tech to show. Even though we had a great time we cut our day short a day.
All in all, we will return to St. George’s Island and would stay in B1. Heather is a great host.
