Excellent Stay

Nice condo, home away from home! The four of us had a fantastic time at Orange Beach. This was my second stay at a Beachball Property. I will continue to book any beach travel to the Gulf with them!

Pretty view and spacious 3 bedrooms. Great location with shops and restaurants close by. Both showers had moldy curtain liners. The living room wall is literally held together with pieces of flooring and masking tape. Only one mattress was comfortable.

Our first trip to Orange Beach and this place checked all the boxes. Easy access to the beach, close to stores etc. and was not crowded! We will definitely be back.

We were overall pleased with our stay, but the mattress in the main bedroom had a massive depression on one edge turning it essentially into a full size mattress for comfortable sleeping. The condo was well stocked, and the view was gorgeous. We will definitely consider this location for our future stays.

I was incredibly impressed with this property, from start to finish. From booking to check out. Everything was so easy and everyone I spoke to was so nice and easy to work with. The property itself was clean and exactly as it looked in the pictures. The beds were comfortable, and the view was amazing as well! We had absolutely no issues while we were there. When we come back to Orange Beach, we will definitely be staying at this property and book this same unit! If we're ranking 1-10, it gets a 12 from me!

We loved it. Easy access to everything, check in process was smooth. Had 1 issue and they sent someone out to check it asap. Would definitely book again

Our stay was amazing. The condo was beautifully decorated and the view was breathtaking. So many great places to eat and shop right on the strip. The only problem we had was our neighbors playing loud music on the balcony at 3am one night but we called security and they took care of everything .

Disappointing

Very thankful that you all were able to find us something the day before but the property was very run down. Needs new showers/bath, refrigerator was leaking, needs new, updated, outdoor furniture.

Spring break 2024

The condo was as described and pictured. Our only recommendations are as follows- the mattress on the top bunk should be replaced. Our son was so uncomfortable, he chose to sleep on the pull out couch instead. Test it out- you’ll agree! Also, placemats for the glass top kitchen table would be nice, especially with kids. Glass cleaner or wipes would also have been nice for the table. That’s all. Overall, everything was great. Thanks!

Girls weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo has a great view of the ocean and the grounds are well maintained. This building is older but has all amenities…pools, tennis courts, gym, security officer at entrance, vending machines, boardwalk gate lock. I felt safe! I didn’t give 5 stars because there were a few things this unit was lacking such as a can opener, and we barely had enough towels/bath cloths for our party of 7. The condo only provided a start up pack that includes 1 of each…trash bag, toilet paper, paper towel, dishwashing detergent/liquid, laundry detergent, soaps/shampoos. Make sure you bring extras of these things as well as seasonings and non stick cooking spray, coffee (grounds), coffee filters too. This unit is approximately 1 mile from Walmart, grocery stores and most restaurants. We were able to rent chairs and umbrellas from Perdido Beach Service. They set up directly in front of condo and can be booked online. This was very convenient! Beachball properties manages this unit and they were quick to respond and provide all needed information! They were very easy to work with. Even with the basics only provided, I would stay here again. We had the best girls getaway weekend while staying at this condo/beach!!

Awesome Trip
