Right on the beach promenade of Marbella you will find this fantastic apartment, on one of the most beautiful beaches of the city and the port, surrounded by restaurants. The residential complex in which the apartment is located offers two communal pools, one of which is located on the top floor of the building with magnificent views of the sea and the mountains. From the other pool area you can access the fine sandy beach directly via stairs. There are also two parking spaces at your disposal. The spacious apartment is tastefully furnished and has 3 bedrooms, a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one of which is handicapped accessible, and a cozy living and dining area, ideal for 6 adults and 2 children. A crib and high chair are available upon request.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 12.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open all year.

My stay

Property is ideally located with quick access to both the beach front and Marbella’s historic center. The apartment was quite clean but the pictures gave the sense it had a sea view but it didn’t. Also the pillows and mattresses especially in one of the rooms were very thin and quite tiring for the whole group. I didn’t like the no cancellation policy of the site and when I asked to cancel 6 weeks in advance due to possibility of not getting visa, the response was cancellation would cost €700! This is very different compared to other listing sites.
